* The Leaker: A special Infected that was cut from ''Left 4 Dead 2''. A bulletproof Boomer-like Infected that could explode at will into a fiery mess that damaged anything nearby. Would appear in a campaign that took place at a weight-watch camp or fast food resturant.
* The Carrier: That's right. Carriers. Semi-immune humans that are on the run from the government ''and'' their fellow Survivors for inadvertently spreading the disease. They would use guns just like Survivors and they'll attack both Survivors and Infected alike, but there's a chance that they'll be friendly towards Survivors. They'd be distinguished by blood-stained rags tied around their arms that indicated they were tested for infection and discovered to be Carriers. They could appear in a campaign set in a fortified town that's being invaded by both Infected and the Military, with the Carriers trying to keep both parties (plus Survivors) out.

''Left 4 Dead 2'' had "Uncommon Infected", which were specialized versions of Common Infected that were exclusive to certain campaigns and had special abilities or resistances that normal Infected didn't. What if the next game did the same, but with Special Infected, that would only appear in certain levels or campaigns? Perhaps they'd fit the setting, or they'd spice up the difficulty of those levels and set them apart from the rest?

* The Black Witch: Counterpart to the original Witch (Or ''White'' Witch, as it would now be called). Based on the beta version of the Witch from the original game: Dark/tan skin, black hair, black clothes, and would attack ''all'' Survivors instead of just the one that startled it, making it all the more important to avoid it. It would appear in a campaign featuring a women's retreat or a prison for women.

* [[{{Seinfeld}} Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer.]] Possible locations include Jerry's Apartment (with an air conditioner to drop on zombies climbing up the building), the Chinese Restaraunt, and the Parking Garage. Pills are replaced with Junior Mints, as they're very refreshing. Only one tank per level, and it always says "Hello, Jerry!" before attacking.
