[[WesternAnimation/DuckTales2017 Mark Beaks]]: A new kind of agent for the friends, Mark Beaks is a con man who used the idea of "Project Ta-Da" to con his way to billions. Such an idea used some psychology, but it didn't hurt that the friends gave him a boost in charisma and a little startup cash to help him along. At the moment, he gives the friends a cut of his earnings, but he hopes one day to help out with soul collection down the line if his R&D team can make an app for that eventually.

Added DiffLines:

[[WesternAnimation/DuckTales2017 Toth-Ra]]: An ancient pharaoh, Toth-Ra ruled over his people harshly, but with just enough that [[PragmaticVillainy they wouldn't feel a need to revolt]]. He made a deal with the friends for his scarab spies, super strength and laser eyes, but most importantly, they gave him immortality once he crossed a magic seal in his treasure room. He died before managing to drag himself across in his last moments, but the magic remained so that he might return one day to give a few souls over in payment for his powers. He briefly got a chance when Louie Duck accidentally got him over, but then he was returned, and his soul was harvested. Although, the magic there remains in case some fool eventually moves him back again.

[[WesternAnimation/{{Coco}} Ernesto de la Cruz]]: Although focused on gaining souls, the friends aren't above spreading discord in other ways. Thus, the story of Ernesto de la Cruz. The friends were feeling [[EvilIsPetty petty]] one fine day a century ago and so decided to wreck a family's love of music and dance. They tempted the patriarch, Hector into going on the road as a great performer. Giving him glory but ruining his family in the process. And he did, taking his best friend, Ernesto along. However, then Hector got homesick, and wanted to return. Unfortunately, the friends weren't interested in Hector backing out, and so the night before Hector left, they came to Ernesto with a deal: keep those songs by any means necessary, and we will make you the richest and most famous man in all of mexico. And so, Ernesto poisoned his best friend, and stole his guitar and his music for himself.
* The friends were surprisingly true to their word. Giving Ernesto years of glory, fame, honor, success, film careers, albums. And indeed, Chernabog began to wonder whether this was too good a deal on their part. But then the friends learned of the Land of the Dead. A land slightly beyond the other side where those who are remembered as they truly were by the living reside. And that's when they decided to make inroads into this world.

world. As such, at the height of his success, they triggered Ernesto's death by falling bell. Ernesto was horrified by this turn of events, claiming the friends tricked him, but Bill Cipher was in contact at the time and pointed out, "We offered you fame and glory. We didn't specify how long it would last." As such, they talked about his new life he'd have in the land of the dead, and asked for further influence in that land. Ways to enter it through negative beliefs, evil influences on those who were about to be truly forgotten, or disguising friends as spirit guides. They promised Ernesto a comfortable life there as long as he did their bidding. Ernesto, ever hungry to hold onto his glory, complied. And for 4 generations, the friends slowly and sneakily corrupted various parts of the land of the dead. Causing memory loss, souls to be harvested by them, and generally eating away at its foundations, looking for a way to wage direct war on this land one day.
** But then, one day of the dead, a small misfortune happened. Miguel Rivera, the last musician of the house Rivera, stole his family's guitar from Ernesto's shrine, and in doing so, allowed the High Council to bring him into that realm to redeem his family. In the process, Hector discovered the truth about his death, and thanks to the help of the family, soon the whole land of the dead did as well. In the end, Ernesto was disgraced, and abruptly died his second death at the hands of a spirit bell. Which DID actually kill him. And the moment he opened his eyes next, Hades was there snarling at him. Angry at temporarily losing the link to that realm, Hades told Ernesto that the Friends don't forgive like family does, and as such, "Welcome to Hell." Ernesto screamed, and his soul was harvested.

The Phantom Blot: What Pete was supposed to be and his occasional boss. Granted immortality by the Friends ages ago in [[ComicBook/WizardsOfMickey his days as a sorcerer scheming to take the power of the dragons]], time passed and he became more of a mob boss or a ''Film/JamesBond'' villain. Discovering something close to his name had been used by the Wastelanders to come to describe [[EpicMickey the inky monstrosity of the Shadow Blot]], the Phantom Blot is looking into ways he can take advantage of that Friend's reputation and inky powers. He and Magica once employed it as a mutagenic HatePlague and transforming St. Canard in the process, only to realize that Negaduck had been bonded to the ink, leading to the Phantom Blot and the other two villains being sealed away into an alternate version of St. Canard. The Friends have currently released the Phantom Blot with what little magic they have to open the portal, but have yet to free Negaduck and Magica De Spell until their portal magic reloads again.

[[Film/TheCountryBears Reed Thimple]]: A very... [[ChristopherWalken eccentric]] banker with a grudge against the Bear Band that dates back to his younger days as an armpit musician. In another of Chernabog's petty fits against performing animals, Thimple was approached by agents of the Friends to help enact his revenge by helping him forclose and take down Country Bear Hall and take out the bears, bringing down an Oasis spot in the process. But things fell apart when the benefit concert plan succeeded and Thimple was foiled.

* Finally, when the whole magic high commission came to find the wand and Glosseryk, Toffee made his next big move. Finally with the power he needed within his grasp, he took control of Ludo's mind and body, drained Moon's magical essence, and using that power, regrew his arm around the wand crystal, bonding its power to his command. He then proceeded to drain the magic from the magic high commission, except for Moon Butterfly who had been revived by Lekmet when he sacrificed his life force to save her. Moon then managed to escape with the commission's bodies, but Toffee gave her a message that he was coming for his finger stuck in Star's half of the wand. Following this, Toffee made contact with the friends again. Yet this timee friends were overjoyed that he'd come so far in doing exactly what he said he'd do in his plan. And as such, gave him Cart Blanche to do whatever he deemed necessary. He'd already given them several souls AND weakened their seal, so as long as he finished paying his debts, they would allow him to continue as he saw fit. But to pay those debts, he would need to finish his work on Mewni. Phase 5 complete.

Yet this timee time friends were overjoyed that he'd come so far in doing exactly what he said he'd do in his plan.
* Toffee had one last loose end to tie up first. Getting rid of Glosseryk. And while he could do nothing, eventually Ludo's short temper lead to him burning the book, putting it out of the council's reach. Phase 6 complete.
* Eventually, Toffee's influence over the magic of Mewni became nearly absolute. So much so that there were only a few flecks of good magic left. And as such, the friends began releasing some minor demons from the other side, bursting through the almost fractured seal. Phase 7 complete.
* Then Star used the whispering spell on Toffee's half of the wand, trying to get him out, but instead putting her inside with his corruption. Toffee demanded his finger to get anything remotely of Star, but by getting his finger back, the dark magic he'd been bonded with caused his body to fully reform. And more importantly, it almost purged the universe of all good magic. And in doing so, the friends began their largest breakout and battle since the 2nd battle of Mount Olympus. For 5 horrible minutes, demons, shadow demons, and even Chernabog himself began to emerge into Mewni's dimension, planning on obliterating it and then using it as their staging grounds to destroy the multiverse in full. And with his work complete, Toffee began to stroll to meet the friends and be rewarded with dark powers beyond belief for his success. Omega phase complete.
** Except, it wasn't. Because in truth there was still a tiny remnant of light magic that could not be extinguished. A tiny shred that Star Butterfly managed to tap, and in doing so used her unimaginable inner power to purify the magic around her. With a cry of disbelief, the Friends were abruptly sent screaming back to the other side, Star emerged with the power of the universe and her wand reforged, and with a blast of pure goodness, destroyed Toffee's body again, leaving him a mass of dark magic with only his will remaining. Toffee would've tried to regrow himself even from that, but then Ludo dropped a pillar on him.
*** As such, the next thing he knew, he was looking at Chernabog's rage filled face. While his success was undeniable, the grandmaster's wrath was so great he decided there was only one punishment fitting for Toffee's failure: leave him to be played with by the Inner Circle for their amusement. Toffee gave a cry of fear, but was dragged off to the torture chambers to face his punishment.
