[[WesternAnimation/Cars3 Jackson Storm]]: Lightning mcqueen's shadow superior. Despite their failure with the lemons, the friends decided to try one more time to bring down this world, only this time they'd do so with the most diabolical force of all: engineering! Jackson wanted to succeed where Lightning had failed, and become the first ever rookie to win the piston cup. And as such, turned to the friends for the means to do so. The friends granted him an enhanced frame, drag reduction, an engine powered by dark magic and training from hell via Chick Hicks. With all these tools, the friends wanted Jackson to destroy the honor of the sport by pushing all the noble cars out of the field. Force them to become like him, ruin the concepts of skill, sportsmanship and honor in the profession. And above all else, ruin the career of Lightning [=McQueen=]. With his speed and engineered superiority, and to the shock of ALL involved, Jackson succeeded. Causing the wrecking of Lightning when his frustration caused him to spin out of control. And for a glorious 4 months, the friends were kings of the speedway, using Jackson's negative beliefs to drive souls to their court.
* Then Lightning sent his heir, Cruz Ramirez in to take back the cup for the council. Their first battle was fierce, but in the end, Cruz was successful. While disappointed with this development, The friends declined to remove storm from the track. After all, there's always next race to spread their influence.

[[Disney/{{Aladdin}} Mozenrath]]: After Jafar got trapped in the lamp and was eventually destroyed, the Friends still saw great potential in the world of Agrabah. So they extended an offer to another "street rat" much like Aladdin, who sought power to get himself out from under his embittering lack of influence, and later from a sadistic master. Mozenrath proved to be an able servant of the Friends, but less overreaching than Jafar. His addiction to power and dark magic caused him to rack up a large debt (in addition to its corrosive effect on his hand), but he was GenreSavvy enough to make sure he never reached the point where he was unable to pay it off. Unlikely to join the Inner Circle.

* Unfortunately, for all his ruthlessness, Ludo was a poor tactician, and eventually his constant defeats began to weary the friends, especially as he began to fall behind in his debts. Eventually, they decided it was time to send one of their representatives to "lend Ludo a hand". A representative named Toffee.

[[WesternAnimation/StarVSTheForcesOfEvil Toffee of Septarius]]: [[BadassNickname The Immortal Monster]] didn't get his nickname for any old reason. No, the reason he's immortal is because he made a special kind of bargain with the friends. You see, when Toffee rose in strength and intellect, he made a bargain for immortality with the friends. But why would the friends agree to such a trade off if this left his soul out of their reach? Because unlike many other Agents, Toffee had actually prepared ahead when he met the friends, and had laid out a plan for them. A plan that would harvest the souls of Mewni, destroy the royal line, drain all the good magic from every universe, and finally break the seal on Bald Mountain allowing the friends to escape their prison.
* The friends were aghast that someone had thought THIS far ahead before meeting them, but not all of them were on board with this idea. [[GravityFalls Bill Cipher]] in particular said that it was promising them too much without insurance. His soul was the only collateral that Toffee could offer them, and if they truly gave him immortality, then the friends would essentially be making a bargain in good faith that they would receive what he had promised. So, to restore confidence for the friends, Toffee instead asked for regeneration, and promised to be a consultant in other fields so he could earn their trust. Warily, the friends agreed, and for several years, Toffee acted as an EvilAdvisor across the multiverse trying to ensure evil's success. After years of doing this, the friends allowed him to have a trial run of trying to take Mewni, and then they'd assess him.
** So Toffee gathered a small army of monsters, spread a rumor about him being immortal, and attacked mewni. The fighting was fierce and in desperation and rage, Queen Moon Butterfly cast a dark spell to try and imprison Toffee in her wand. This was unprecedented for the queens of mewni to do this, and for a moment Toffee knew genuine fear. However, she only hit his middle finger, so that it was imprisoned instead of all of him, and so he fled the field. The friends were about to scour his soul for this, but Toffee quickly pointed out that he had been set back, not defeated, and that he still had a plan that just needed the right person to take advantage of. The friends grit their teeth at Toffee's evasiveness, but in the end, they gave toffee one final chance to prove his worth.
* Things passed quietly for Toffee for several years, doing small evil jobs to ensure his debts didn't become unmanageable, until Bill showed up on his door, telling him that it was time for his last chance. A new butterfly had inherited the royal wand: Star Butterfly, and due to her more carefree attitude, the friends had decided it was time for Toffee to put his big plan into action. And so, they sent him as an adviser to their other agent Ludo. Only now, it was to assess whether Ludo would get his debts paid or Toffee would. Toffee did help in several plans, but after Ludo failed to get the wand after the beard incident, Toffee kicked him out of his castle, kidnapped Marco Diaz, and leveraged Star to use the whispering spell on the wand. (The friends had told Toffee about this as their spies had watched Star learn it from the shadows) It killed the unicorn inside, and from the magical discharge of the energy being turned against it, the wand was cleaved. However, realizing that Toffee's plan was working as promised, the friends decided to FINALLY uphold their bargain, and gave Toffee complete spiritual immortality just as the wand obliterated most of his physical body. But instead of destroying him completely, Toffee's consciousness was placed inside half of the wand. Phase 1 complete.

Toffee...
* Ludo tried several plans to finally get the wand, but his own weaknesses eventually gave the friends ground to cut him loose. As he'd never actually bargained for anything more than charisma, the friends simply retracted this, and Ludo was eventually booted out, and thrown into the nethersphere. However, their representative decided to use Ludo as a pawn in his grand plan, and the friends permitted him to return to Mewni. However, seeing his ruthlessness and surprise ingenuity, the friends decided to give Ludo a chance to improve himself. While progress was slow, Ludo became a better and better client. However, he still had debts that needed balancing, and when Toffee began to assert his will over Ludo's Body, the friends decided to go with the more "forward thinking" client on their world. Ludo's body was possessed, and subsequently his soul was collected by the friends. Who promised him he was in for a world of tickling pain before they were done with him.

the power and spells from the royal book and imprisoning Sir Glossaryk in his half of the wand. Phase 4 complete.
* Finally, when the whole magic high commission came to find the wand and Glosseryk, Toffee made his next big move. Finally with the power he needed within his grasp, he took full control of Ludo's mind and body, drained Moon's magical essence, and using that power, regrew his arm around the wand crystal, bonding its power to his command. He then proceeded to drain the magic and souls from the magic high commission, except for Moon Butterfly who had been revived by Lekmet when he sacrificed his life force to save her. Moon then managed to escape with the commission's bodies, but Toffee gave her a message that he was coming for his finger stuck in Star's half of the wand. Following this, Toffee made contact with the friends again. Yet this timee friends were overjoyed that he'd come so far in doing exactly what he said he'd do in his plan. And as such, gave him Cart Blanche to do whatever he deemed necessary. He'd already given them several souls AND weakened their seal, so as long as he finished paying his debts, they would allow him to continue as he saw fit. But to pay those debts, he would need to finish his work on Mewni. Phase 5 complete.

* However, as Wander's influence over Lord Hater's actions became greater and greater, Hater began to fall behind in his debts. The friends were not happy. And while Hater promised that Wander's soul would be well worth whatever resources they use now, in time the friends decided enough was enough. And sent one of their agents to collect both wander AND Hater's souls. Her name.....

[[WesternAnimation/WanderOverYonder Lord Dominator]]: One of the ultimate in destructive evil, Lady Dominator is a MultiversialConqueror. Frustrated at Lord Hater's lack of progress in harming Wander, the friends gave Dominator the coordinates to this new galaxy, hoping to use her destructive powers to destroy all the good magic for good. And while their initial assault was quite successful, ultimately she was driven off, taking her work elsewhere, as she would've far preferred repaying her debts elsewhere than getting stuck down with all the "dweebs".
* The friends were not happy at her abandoning her post, and as such took away a portion of her power as punishment. However, they declined to "foreclose" on her debts for now, as unlike Facilier, she actually was good at paying up in other circumstances.

[[WesternAnimation/StarVSTheForcesOfEvil Eclipsa, Queen of Darkness]]: In the past, the Queens of Mewni were normally...hostile towards the friends. Even though they conquered the land the many monsters had before, they were still aligned with the council and interested in keeping their people safe (if not always prosperous). However, Eclipsa was different. She was married to another mewman, but she was seduced by the idea of becoming a queen of darkness. The Friends offered her power, magic beyond the powers of all Butterflies past or future. The monster who tempted her became her lover, and eventually lead to her abandoning Mewni with plans of reconquering it for the friends. However, due to her dark influences, The Magic High Commission dispatched Rombulus their enforcer to freeze Eclipsa in a diamond crystal...and he succeeded. The throne eventually passed to her niece and both the royal wand and spellbook were both recovered, but the damage was done. Darkness would forever be a temptation to all future mewni queens, and with her failure at overt conquest, the friends began playing the long game with the dimension of Mewni.

* Unfortunately, for all his ruthlessness, Ludo was a poor tactician, and eventually his constant defeats began to weary the friends, especially as he began to fall behind in his debts. Eventually, they decided it was time to send one of their representatives to lend Ludo a hand. A representative named Toffee.

But being the runt of the nest, Ludo's darkness grew within him. They didn't ask for anything more because of their past experiences with trying open war with their other representative....

[[WesternAnimation/RecessSchoolsOut Dr. Phillium Benedict]]: His crazed obsession with ending summer vacation pleased the Friends. [[WesternAnimation/MotorCity Abraham Kane]]: A corrupt business and technology tycoon, Kane has been a strong asset to the Friends R&D department with all the various technological terrors he's constructed in his efforts to wipe out the ruins of old Detroit below Deluxe. Before the Burners became a greater threat, he was very effective in paying soul debts, but even with that front slowing down, he remains enough of a threat to Old Detroit that the Friends are willing to wait things out before acting. They have withheld intelligence reports of Julie's involvement with the Burners, wanting to see what Kane would do by himself when he discovered it.
