[[WesternAnimation/RecessSchoolsOut Dr. Phillium Benedict]]: His crazed obsession with ending summer vacation pleased the Friends. Remembering the results of the previous experiment to do away with recess, which turned kids into demoralized zombies, the Friends wanted a permanent change to make the kids easier to control. The supplied Benedict with resources and information. Fortunately, the plan fell through, but they still remember the burning desire he has... Also, some of the Inner Circle denizens wonder if he's somehow related to Hades, as they have very similar voices; Hades claims he doesn't know of any human relatives.

[[WesternAnimation/MotorCity Abraham Kane]]: A corrupt business and technology tycoon, Kane has been a strong asset to the Friends R&D department with all the various technological terrors he's constructed in his efforts to wipe out the ruins of old Detroit below Deluxe. Before the Burners became a greater threat, he was very effective in paying soul debts, but even with that front slowing down, he remains enough of a threat to Old Detroit that the Friends are willing to wait things out before acting. They have withheld intelligence reports of Julie's involvement with the Burners, wanting to see what Kane would do by himself when he discovered it. (Chernabog sees him as essentially their equivalent to a certain [[WesternAnimation/SonicSatAM Dr. Julian Robotnik]], whose own world once came into close contact with their own, but never did make it and drifted away after a while.)

to:

[[WesternAnimation/{{WITCH}} Nerissa and Phobos]]: Both are incredibly powerful magic users who joined the Friends as soon as possible- they work closely with other magic users, while Nerissa frequently works out large-scale plans for the Friends in general, as she is a prime example of TheChessmaster.

[[WesternAnimation/StarVSTheForcesOfEvil Eclipsa, Queen of Darkness]]: In the past, the Queens of Mewny were normally...hostile towards the friends. Even though they conquered the land the many monsters had before, they were still aligned with the council and interested in keeping their people safe (if not always prosperous). However, Eclipsa was different. She was married to another mewman, but she was seduced by the idea of becoming a queen of darkness. The Friends offered her power, magic beyond the powers of all Butterflies past or future. The monster who tempted her became her lover, and eventually lead to her abandoning Mewni with plans of reconquering it for the friends. The throne eventually passed to her niece and both the royal wand and spellbook were both recovered, but the damage was done. Darkness would forever be a temptation to all future mewni queens, and with her failure at overt conquest, the friends began playing the long game with the dimension of Mewni.

[[VideoGame/NightmareNed Nightmare Shadows]]: Five troublesome dream spirits, they gather fear energy from children's nightmares. These specters enter a child's subconscious, dig out their greatest fears, and turn them into surreal nightmares. Being non-corporeal, they cannot be destroyed, but can be dispelled by a particularly brave child. There favorite target is poor Ned Needlemeyer. However, they don't always attack only Ned, as they have even managed to give terrible nightmares to [[AGoofyMovie Max with his Were-Goofy dream]], to [[Disney/TheLionKing Simba with his vision of shapeshifting Scar to Kovu]], and even Pluto when he encountered the Judgement Day Cats.

[[WesternAnimation/StarVSTheForcesOfEvil Ludo]]: This tiny birdlike monster seems an implausible candidate to have power over monsters many times bigger than him, along with a castle and everything. In truth, Ludo was a descendant of monster leaders who once lived in Mewny before Star Butterfly's people drove them into hiding. Once they were driven out, the Friends approached Ludo's ancestral family with a promise: leadership over all monsters if you will but swear loyalty to us. And so generation after generation of monster sought to reclaim Mewny for the friends, until Ludo rose to the throne.
* Unfortunately, for all his ruthlessness, Ludo was a poor tactician, and eventually his constant defeats began to weary the friends, especially as he began to fall behind in his debts. Eventually, they decided it was time to send one of their representatives to lend Ludo a hand. A representative named Toffee.

[[Film/TheMuppetMovie Doc Hopper]]:
Hopper]]: Obsessed with making frog legs, Doc Hopper chased Kermit to the ends of the US, trying to get him to endorse his product. The friends promised him wealth unimaginable if he delivered the muppets to them, but with his failure, they decided to give him CruelAndUnusualPunishment: ruin his frog leg business by making pork on a stick more popular.

to:

* Unfortunately, recently she was sent to the underworld, and while there, she began to see the error of her ways. As such, the friends disowned her.

[[WesternAnimation/ToyStory3 The Incinerator]]: The Magnet from TheBraveLittleToaster caught the Friends' attention for its brutal disposal of the poor beings caught in its clutches. But its world wasn't very active, and the Friends felt it wasn't being put to good use. So they took it, upgraded it with the Friends' tech resources, and placed it on the WesternAnimation/ToyStory world. Linking it to the Other Side via a portal in the incinerator, it became the new go-between for the Friends and Lotso. And of course, it doesn't discriminate between former Sunnysiders and thrown out toys in general

[[Film/InspectorGadget Sanford Scolex/Dr. Claw]]: The Friends were at some points able to access other world that were drawn in via unknown means and tap into them. Scolex was one of their agents in these types of worlds, designed to hopefully spread their influence throughout other multiverses. However, after his first confrontation with the newly-bionicised John Brown ended in failure, and a second attempt by Claw also failed, the Friends abandoned that particular realm.

[[Film/{{Underdog}} Dr. Simon Bar Sinister]]: Another multiversal attempt, this time with the Friends trying to manipulate events so Bar Sinister's brainwashing could potentially spread to that Earth and many other Earths. However, Underdog foiled his plan and the Friends pulled out- they have since also lost contact with that particular multiverse.
