* The Franchise/AceAttorney series has some examples:
** From the original trilogy, we have Franziska von Karma, whose relentless aggressive attitude and her whip are to be feared. Whenever there is just one moment that may imply gratitude from someone else...she lashes her whip out on someone to disguise it as frustration.
** From the future titles, we have Rayfa Padma Khura'in from Spirit of Justice. She at first is introduced as this imposing figure at the shy age of 14, until Phoenix beats her Insights down and she starts to show her insufferable attitude towards lawyers, constantly tossing harsh insults at his face. But whenever she does get a well-meaning compliment from him, she turns into a red tomato and angrily scoffs.

** Dorian definitely fits as well, often going out of his way to avoid most things mushy or emotional, often using snark.

Added DiffLines:

** Much to the players' surprise, turned out to be a textbook Type A Tsundere to the Female Avatar. When he proposes to the her, he tries to deny that giving her a ring means anything, though he eventually admits how he really feels when it's clear that she isn't fooled, and once she accepts his proposal he goes adorkable enough to loudly give hoorays. He even shows hints of being this in his A support, when he also tries to deny how much he's blushing:
-->"I am a warrior of the sword. Nothing fazes me. Nothing!"

I wish you'd run out of coins so you can stop respawning and harassing me... Do something productive and get back to Tsundere!

* Non-romantic example. Silver from the Pokemon games has Harsh tendencies, which are given a boost in the Gold and Silver version remakes. He is extremely tsun towards the player character, is overall abrasive towards everyone, values strength above all else, and is the first and only Pokemon rival to actually attack the player physically, kicking/punching/shoving him or her even upon their first meeting; he is also constantly called out on how harshly he treats his Pokemon. He does soften up a little towards the end of the game and starts treating his Pokemon kindly, though he still remains rather tsun-tsun towards the player, and is convinced that he or she is laughing at him. He then, in the remakes, suddenly goes Dere Dere at the Indiogo League, even healing the player's team, earning him his reputation as the franchise's resident Tsundere in the eyes of many fans.
** Taken UpToEleven in the SoBadItsGood TranslationTrainWreck that is JustForFunPokemonVietnameseCrystal, where Silver will call the player names such as "TRASHY" and "WEAK WORM", and then abruptly declare his love for them. ItMakesJustAsMuchSenseInContext.

** Several Pokémon in Pokemon Amie act this way towards their trainers. Braixen is shy and rude when displeased (even doing the classic act of crossing its arms and looking away), but friendly when treated well. Meowstic will generally be very silent and emotionless in Amie at first, but will be much more affectionate as it is played with more. In general, any naturally scary, unfriendly, or uncompassionate Pokemon will start off cold but become caring and playful with time.
