* Against whose advice did you help Irem when she was fleeing from agents of the Trust?
** Heh, hers, actually. You see, I was just heading to the latest little job I had gotten, (uh, this was in Sharn, by the way,) taking a shortcut through some alleys I knew when I saw her run past me along an alley crossing the one I was in. I looked in the direction she was going, and then to where she came from, and saw some other people running the same way, though a ways back. I put two and two together and figured this girl was in trouble, so I decided, on something of a whim, to go ahead help her out. Or, ya know, catch her if it turned out she was bad news. Of course, she wasn't. Anyways, I may not be the best runner, but I'm decent, so I caught up to her as she turned a corner. She, uh, blasted me with a lightning bolt, on reflex, I'm sure. Luckily for me I had my inertial armour on. Can't ever be too careful. So, I wasn't hurt. I ducked around the corner with her and talked her down quickly. She explained that she was being chased by the Trust's catspaws. Well, she really was scared, I could see it in her head, so I believed her. I had heard of that particular organisation from Zilargo, and hadn't liked what I heard. So, well, I said I'd help her. She wasn't too keen on the idea, went on about how it was her problem and she'd be the one to solve it. I still think that's tower spit, I mean, you can't do everything alone. But the conversation stopped there, because we heard them getting closer. We popped out from around the corner, she blasted one, I averted one, and the last one just skidded to a stop, eyes wide open at what had just happened, and turned tail. Literally, I guess, seeing as he was a shifter. At that point, we ran away ourselves to make sure we lost them, and when we were, she told me to back off, that it wasn't any of my business. But hey, my business is what I make my business to be. Gotta have a mindset like that, ready to do anything, in a situation like mine. And anyways, while she was still talking stubborn, she was thinking grateful. And I'm glad she was, because that made being late for work worth it.

** After that nasty fall where I got my palms scarred, I instantly decided that I never wanted to experience that again. The man who caught me happened to be a wizard of Morgrave University, and he helped me to a Jorasco hospital for healing. After that, I brought him to the Fizzing Flask, my friend Kessa's tavern/apothecary to buy him a drink and a nice, long conversation. Before he left, he gave me a ring and told me to put it on before I did any falling again.

The man who caught me happened to be a wizard of Morgrave University, and he human, called Deran Hadolar. He helped me to a Jorasco hospital for healing. After that, I brought him to the Fizzing Flask, my friend Kessa's tavern/apothecary to buy him a drink and a nice, long conversation. We discussed what similarities wizards and psions have, among such things as the work done from Morgrave, and various historical topics like the ancient giant civilisation and the events leading up to the Day of Mourning. He thinks it was Karrnath sabotaging Cannith via the Order of the Emerald Claw. I guess everyone has their own theory. Before he left, he gave me a ring and told me to put it on before I did any falling again.
again, and suggested that I talk to him at Morgrave if I need a job.

** '''Jinx''': Kessa Burnwick. She’s a dear friend in Sharn. She had my back after the Day of Mourning. I had hit rock bottom when my family had been killed. I had developed a bit of a problem with drinking. I was kinda ruining my life a little there before she, quite literally, slapped me out of it.
