* ScrewedByTheNetwork: Sony didn't care much for the game due to releasing in a very packed year, and with other more anticipated [=PlayStation=] exclusives in the horizon, Starhawk got the short end of the stick in terms of marketing, only releasing a few behind the scenes videos to promote it. Apparently this was because Sony didn't have any trust in yet another multiplayer shooter in a genre dominated by ''VideoGame/CallOfDuty'' and ''VideoGame/{{Battlefield}}'' (also because Sony's other attempts at entering the multiplayer shooter market in force such as ''VideoGame/{{MAG}}'' and ''SOCOM: Confrontation'' failed) and because the contract with the developer [=LightBox=] Interactive was ending in a few months following the release of the game and Sony wanted to cut its loses and move on.
