** "Cuffed/The Blizzard" from Season 3 was pulled from US reruns on Nick and Nicktoons by the mid 2000's, probably over concern of small children playing with handcuffs. It still aired in other countries and is available on DVD and iTunes, and TeenNick's programming block ''The Splat'' aired it on December 20, 2015.

* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: The show got tons of VHS releases, but of course those are all now out of print and only a select few episodes were ever released to DVD. As of 2014 however, the complete series is available on DVD exclusively at Amazon and can be purchased on iTunes and Amazon Instant Video. Nearly the entire series can also be viewed on Hulu.

* HeyItsThatVoice: Creator/CreeSummer portrayed Susie (though some episodes have E.G. Daily as Susie. See TheOtherDarrin), and you can't miss Creator/TonyJay's baritone as Dr. Lipschitz.
** Chuckie was replaced by [[WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons Bart Simpson]] (Creator/NancyCartwright) after years of being voiced by [[AaahhRealMonsters Oblina]] and [[WesternAnimation/DextersLaboratory Dexter]] (Creator/ChristineCavanaugh).
** The voice of Didi (and her mom, Minka) is Melanie Chartoff, a cast member and fake news anchor on ''Series/{{Fridays}}'' (an early 1980s ''Series/SaturdayNightLive'' [[DuelingShows competitor]] and [[{{Expy}} clone]] that aired on Creator/{{ABC}}). She was also on ''Series/ParkerLewisCantLose'', a {{Sitcom}} [[FollowTheLeader inspired by]] ''Film/FerrisBuellersDayOff''.
** Stu is voiced by Jack Riley of ''Series/TheBobNewhartShow'', who was also famous as the voice of the man in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRNQKUlAzUI commercials]] for Country Crock margarine.
** Charlotte Pickles is Creator/TressMacNeille (meaning that she's [[WesternAnimation/ChipAndDaleRescueRangers Gadget Hackwrench]], Dot from ''WesternAnimation/{{Animaniacs}}'', and a buttload of characters from ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'' and ''WesternAnimation/{{Futurama}}'' [Mom from Mom's Friendly Robot Company, the new voice of Lunchlady Doris, the Crazy Cat Lady, Dolph the bully, and the orphans Patches and Poor Violet]).
*** Her assistant, Jonathan, was originally voiced by Rene Auberjonois (Louis the French chef from ''The Little Mermaid'' and WesternAnimation/PepeLePew on ''WesternAnimation/TheLooneyTunesShow''). In later appearances, he was voiced by Creator/DanCastellaneta (the guy who voices Homer Simpson, Grampa Simpson, Barney Gumble, Krusty the Clown, and others).
** Tommy is [[WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls the toughest fighter (Buttercup) while Dil is the joy and the laughter (Bubbles)]] (it's Elizabeth "E.G." Daily and TaraStrong). If only they had the voice of Blossom. This would have made for a great HilariousInHindsight moment...
** The clearly washed-up superhero Captain Blasto is played by--who else--Creator/AdamWest.
** Creator/ScottMenville (Kevin on ''MissionHill'' and Robin on ''WesternAnimation/TeenTitans'') was often cast as many teenaged characters on the show, including Larry his friend Steve, and Hoagie Doozer MD.
*** In "Angelica Orders Out" [[Film/{{Clueless}} Jeremy Sisto]] voiced a character with Larry's very character design who worked at Zippy's Home delivery.
** Angelica (Cheryl Chase) was in the English dub of ''Anime/MyNeighborTotoro'' as well as and was one of the girls in the "Log" commercial on ''WesternAnimation/RenAndStimpy''. She was also the voice of Pinky in the English dub of ''Anime/TheNoozles''.
** Grandpa Lou was [[Series/CharliesAngels Bosley]] on the original 70s ''Charlie's Angels'' (the one with Farrah Fawcett). As stated in TheOtherDarrin below, after the actor's death he would be voiced by [[WesternAnimation/TinyToonAdventures Plucky.]]
** Susie's dad is [[Series/{{Firefly}} Shepherd Derrial Book]].
** In the Japanese dub:
*** Tommy is [[Manga/CardCaptorSakura Chiharu Mihara]] in the TV series and in the movies [[Creator/AiOrikasa he is]] [[Anime/MobileSuitGundamWing Quatre Raberba Winner]].
*** [[ChiakiTakahashi Angelica]] is [[VideoGame/BlazBlue Litchi Faye Ling]] and [[VideoGame/TheIdolmaster Azusa Miura]][[note]]And one of her first roles as a voice actress.[[/note]]

* ScrewedByTheLawyers: When the show was in its infancy (''no pun intended'') they introduced a [[{{Notzilla}} giant Kaiju dinosaur called "Reptar"]] which served as a [[RecurringExtra background fictional in-universe character]] for the main characters to love and idolize. [[DoingItForTheArt Originally it was treated as a tribute]] to [[{{Franchise/Godzilla}} Godzilla]]. The problem with any animation series is, it has to earn its daily bread not through ratings, [[RealityEnsues but merchandise]]. [[BreakoutCharacter Reptar's popularity soon soared]], and thus the demand for him to feature more predominately in and out of series. [[{{Creator/Toho}} Toho]] ''never'' takes [[{{Understatement}} kindly to parodies]] of its intellectual property, [[AwakenTheSleepingGiant and soon couldn't help but become aware of Reptar]]. Klasky Csupo was taken to court in 2002 and had an injunction put in to return it back to its minor role, thus featuring the character much less. Though this had negligible affect overall, since the show was well past its prime at this point and would be cancelled in another two years.

** Due to a manufacturing error on the Season 3 DVD, the contents of the fourth and fifth discs are exactly the same, meaning the episodes that should be on Disc 5 are lost entirely, and despite being pulled so Amazon could rectify the issue, the discs are apparently still the same. The episodes in question ''are'' available on digital services.
