*** In "QSO", Root goes undercover as a ballet dancer. We don't see what she does, but one audience member finds her quite impressive. Acker studied dance for over ten years before she was acting.

* Series/PersonOfInterest is a virtual refuge for actors who’ve been in crime/urban dramas in recent years. Just to name a few;
** Detective Lionel Fusco, Reese’s (not so) DirtyCop lackey is Freddie Cork. He was also the prison warden in Series/TwentyFour season 3. In one episode, he got threatened by a drug dealer who was played by the same actor as Hector Salazar also on 24.
** Judge Gates is Gale Boetticher.
** Speaker Donny Donatello/Agent Harris makes an appearance in “The Fix.”
** Building superintendent Ernie Trask is Angel Batista.
** Simmons, a shady cop and TheDragon of HR, is Tommy Gavin’s brother, Mickey.
** In the episode “Identity Crisis,” Fusco helps Carver out on a case.
** Captain Montgomery is an ex-soldier who's running several crews of bank robbers.
** Elias’ father is Antonio Nappa/Hector Salamanca.
** Elias himself is Sgt. Greg Parker.
** In “Matsya Nyaya,” Reese trains under Nick Sobotka when posing as part of an armored truck crew.
** Reese's ex-CIA partner Stanton is ADA Alexandra Borgia.
** Lester Freamon is a campaign manager and .
*** And Brother Mozoune works for Decima, turning off Samaritan when he's instructed.
** Roy is a suburban father, hardware store owner, in "The High Road."
** The Devil is a publishing executive, and he and his wife mutually decided to have the other killed.
*** Hey, remember that time Jesus punched Lucifer in the face and threw him in the boot of his car?
** In "One Percent," one of the McPoyle brothers cleans up to become a devil-may-care Not!Facebook Mark Zuckerberg.
** Kate Reed is a Determinator dedicated counterterrorist operative on the run from her own agency. Mickey Doyle is her former handler who tries to take her down.
*** Alternatively, Reese is playing what promotional materials have described as a female Reese.
** This isn't the first time Becky Ann Baker has been stuck on an island during a storm.
** Ellen moved to New Rochelle and was Jessica's mom.
*** Alternatively, Reese just foiled a plot by the Doci.
** The [=ex-MI6=] agent opposing Reese is played by Julian Sands, who is better known to gamers as DeFalco, Raul Menendez's right hand man. Good ol' Valmont/Bierko is certainly better losing to Team Machine that he was to Jackie Chan and Jack Bauer.
** Gordon Walker became a NYPD detective.
** Frank Capone is a designer drugs distributor.
** Charlie Francis is now an estate investigator.
** There's also George Fredericks, who's apparently turned evil after Film/TheDarkKnightRises.
** Bill Rawls has become a senator of dubious ethical standards.

* ScrewedByTheNetwork: Due to falling ratings, CBS renewed the show for a shortened fifth season but gave no indication as to whether or not it would be the final season. Aside from press releases saying that production had begun and some noncommittal interviews with the cast and showrunners, there was no promotion nor any indication of when new episodes would air. It took months before the announcement that the fifth season would be broadcast at the very end of the 2015-2016 TV season, long after production wrapped, and new footage only started being released in April, 2016.
