*** As for [=DVDs=], Edel Germany [=GmbH=], [=InnoForm=] Media, and Creator/MadmanEntertainment have released or are releasing Season 1 (and in Madman's case, Season 2) in their respective countries, Edel having released episodes [[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS1E4ApplebuckSeason 4]][[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS1E5GriffonTheBrushOff -]][[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS1E6BoastBusters 6]] with only the German dub, [=InnoForm's DVDs=] putting the episodes OutOfOrder, and [=InnoForm=] & Madman's [=DVDs=] respectively being locked to [[RegionCoding Regions 3 & 4]]. However, aside from those, only "[[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS1E3TheTicketMaster The Ticket Master]]" has been widely released (in some countries, only through limited-time promotions) on DVD outside the US (one or more countries have received multiple episodes), and those dubs are different from actual broadcast versions.

Added DiffLines:

*** During season 1 Sweetie Belle is voiced by Matilda Sorić in "Stare Master", but in all other episodes she's voiced by Andrea instead. In season 2 she gets a different voice actor altogether.
*** The songs take it to an extreme; almost ''all'' of the songs that involve female characters are sung by ''a single person'' - Andrea Baković to be exact - regardless of which or how many characters are singing at once, in many instances even leading to a combined case of SingingVoiceDissonance and TalkingToHimself. The only exceptions are songs that make heavy use of audio excerpts from the Serbian Mini dub (and those are few and tied to the first season), "Find a Pet" (where Fluttershy's VA and Andrea sing together), "The Flim Flam Brothers" (most of which is sung by male characters, anyway), "B.B.B.F.F." and "Love Is In Bloom" (these last two being sung by Twilight's VA instead).

Added DiffLines:

** The Croatian HRT dub, due to how it was handled, has several cases of characters receiving more than 1 voice actor during the course of the series:
*** Zecora, Rainbow Dash and Rarity all had their own voice actor, but during season 2 Twilight's VA, Katarina Perica Kirin, replaced all of them (Zecora at the beginning of the season, and the other two after "Baby Cakes"). Rarity was also voiced by Andrea Baković, the VA for Pinkie Pie and others, in "Look Before You Sleep".
*** Spike was voiced by Jadran Grubišić until the second half of season 2, wherein he got a new male voice actor.
*** Diamond Tiara had the same VA as Rainbow Dash, but by the end of season 2 (in "Ponyville Confidential") her VA was also changed to Katarina.
*** Scootaloo, who normally shares her voice actor with Twilight Sparkle, was voiced by [[CrossDressingVoices Spike's former voice actor]] in "Call of the Cutie".
*** In "Bridle Gossip", one of Twilight's lines was voiced by Jadran instead of Katarina.

* ApprovalOfGod: Hasbro and/or Creator/TheHub have sent official material to popular fansites ''Equestria Daily'' and ''{{Ponychan}}'', including exclusive interviews with the show's creative staff. ''Everfree Radio'', a project that started on ''Equestria Daily'', regularly gets clearances to conduct surprisingly lengthy interviews of the show's actors, animators, composers, and writers.

** Stage 6: While mid 2011-early 2013 was undeniably the "golden age" (though early 2015 to late 2015 was the period in which convention attendance and activity was the highest) it is impossible to deny that the fandom as a whole has changed. Whether that be for better or for worse remains to be seen, but there are arguments for a Stage 6 existence.

** It was part of the [[{{Fanon}} collective headcanon]] that ages ago, before they were as powerful as they are now, Celestia had pink hair instead of her rainbow mane (as seen in various old depictions of the sisters, including the book seen ''in this two parter'') and Luna looked like her season one self (as per Creator/LaurenFaust's explaining the redesign by saying it was because right after being purified her magic was at its lowest). Well in ''[[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS4E25TwilightsKingdomPart1 Twilight's Kingdom Part 1]]'', when the princesses explicitly lend ''all'' of their magic to Twilight, the only change to their designs is that their manes are no longer blowing in a nonexistent wind. This makes nonsensical oddities out of Luna's earlier design (why ''did'' she look that way after purification, then?) and Celestia's depiction in books and tapestries (if she ''never'' really looked like that, is ''every'' pony ever to draw her colorblind?) but hey, every show has a {{Headscratchers}} page for a reason. However, it could be that donating all their Alicorn magic does not stop them from being Alicorns, as indicated by Cadence remaining one.

*** Those in Southeast Asia who can't get Boomerang, which has somehow obtained the rights to air parts of programming based on Hasbro's franchises almost everywhere outside North America, are screwed, since not all providers carry Boomerang. (For Southeast Asia, as of now, FIM is also on Cartoon Network) NickJr? Only in Germany and Netherlands, though "[[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS2E25ACanterlotWeddingPart1 A Canterlot Wedding – Part 1]]" can be watched for free with Spanish {{fansub}}s on a [[http://mylittlepony.com.mx/index2.php Mexican]] ''MLP'' website, and the German dub of the entire first season can be watched for free on Creator/{{Nickelodeon}}[='s=] [[http://www.nick.de/videos/show/1008-my-little-pony-freundschaft-ist-magie German]] and [[http://www.nick.ch/shows/1008-my-little-pony-freundschaft-ist-magie Swiss]] websites. And naturally, all the [[http://www.hubworld.com/my-little-pony/shows/friendship-is-magic/videos videos]] on Creator/TheHub's website are region-locked to the USA, even the short clips (and proxies apparently don't work) – the videos on Hasbro's website may be viewable from outside the USA, but would require navigating to [[http://www.hasbro.com/mylittlepony/en_US/media/browse.cfm?type=videos the US version of the Videos page]]. Made even worse that Boomerang was replaced by Toonami later on in the region.

** In the French dub, Fluttershy's voice actress is Élisabeth Guinand. She's also the voice actress for Hinata Hyuga from ''Franchise/{{Naruto}}'', a character also known for, much like Fluttershy, being kind, shy, quiet, and going through CharacterDevelopment to become less shy.
