** FanonDiscontinuity: The fandom has now gotten fed up with Christine's refusal to answer their questions about this achievement, and have decided they will answer the questions themselves by creating a mod for the game that adds in a good ending for [[spoiler: *Mute]] and unlocks the achievement. Click [[http://l4rm.wordpress.com/ these]] [[http://steamcommunity.com/groups/L4RMP links]] to keep up to speed on the progress of the mod. Christine's only reaction to this level of devotion towards [[spoiler: *Mute Ver2]] was a stunned "dang" on Twitter, and only after the project was brought to her attention.

* TrollingCreator: A large faction among the game's Steam Forum community is convinced that Christine Love created the [[UnwinnableByDesign utterly unobtainable]] achievement "Level Four Revive Materia" and [[spoiler: had *Mute commit suicide in her route]] for the sole purpose of screwing with the fanbase and annoying OneHundredPercentCompletion hunters. While she was originally active on the forum, answering questions in an extremely cryptic and non-committal manner, backlash from a handful of extremely displeased fans drove her out of the forum and back to her Twitter account. Others believed DLC would add the required dialogue to attain the achievement, but Christine has stated the game is complete as-is, further fueling the accusations that she [[spoiler: killed *Mute]] and left the achievement in the game just to see how the fans would react. The achievement actually hides the one you get for [[spoiler: ending the game with Mute Version Three, "Did You Try a Factory Reset?"]], so it's possible Christine did it more ForScience than ForTheLulz.

* TrollingCreator: Roughly half the game's Steam Forum community is convinced that Christine Love created the [[UnwinnableByDesign utterly unobtainable]] achievement "Level Four Revive Materia" and [[spoiler: had *Mute commit suicide in her route]] for the sole purpose of screwing with the fanbase. Evidence of her being active on the forum (including replying to threads about this very subject in a cryptic manner) has been used as further evidence she created that portion of the game specifically [[ForTheLulz so she could laugh at the fans]] as they scurry around trying to get that achievement and [[spoiler: save *Mute Version Two from herself]]. The more forgiving apologist half of the fandom is holding out hope for a DLC patch that enables the achievement and the [[spoiler: saving or at least resurrection of *Mute Ver2]]. Christine has confirmed DLC is NOT coming and that the game is complete as-is.
