** The fate of [=SpongeBob=] and Squidward in "Squid On Strike".

** The ending of "Squid On Strike" has Mr. Krabs literally fall to pieces at the sight of the Krusty Krab being completely wrecked.
* AnimatedActors: The gang is portrayed as such in the ''Employee of the Month'' CD-ROM game.

* ArtisticLicenseLaw:
** In "Squid on Strike", the premise is set off by Mr. Krabs fining Spongebob and Squidward for things like ''breathing'' and ''existing'', and fires both of them for going on strike and hires new employees in their place. In real life, its illegal to do the latter, and the outrageous reasons for fining them wouldn't hold water either.
** If Plankton's Chum is as consistently poisionous as it is in "Plankton's Regular", he wouldn't just be unpopular, but in ''serious'' legal trouble. He would've had his restaurant shut down in ''seconds'' for its flagrant health violations and had his confectionary license revoked in real life.

** If Plankton's Chum really was as toxic as it is in "Plankton's Regular", he would have a lot more to worry about than just being unpopular--he would be in ''serious'' legal trouble and would've had his restaurant shut down in ''seconds'' for its flagrant health violations in real life.
