It is filled to the brim with drawings so {{Animesque}} that secret bases look like Japanese classrooms, the plot has ArtisticLicense so ridiculous it has to be seen to be believed and is just so random that everything feels so utterly stupid (such as the main character, who happens to be the creator of ebola, asking towards everyone to give them their ebola powers to create a gargantuan bomb). It is so loved that people keep demanding a sequel.
