In each round, a group of contestants race around a ring of sitty obstacles while a band plays a song. Each obstacle a contestant clears during the song is worth cash; once the music stops, the contestants must then race to cross one of three bridge obstacles over a pool that links to a circle of chairs on a platform in the center. The contestant left without a chair is promptly eliminated. But then, each chair is also a MysteryBox with various cash values attached to them: whoever banks the least amount of money in the round is ''also'' eliminated, cause sit happens. While most of the songs are performed by a cover band known as "The F.O.S. Band", while often in the third round (and the interval before the final round) features a performance by a guest musical act. The last contestant standing-er, sitting-in the end wins, and that's about it.
