He is interrupted by a groupie (played by Katey Sagal), who begins to seduce him and then reveals herself as Miss Kielbasa, an employee at his bank. She knows that he withdrew all the money from the charity account, and she offers to keep her mouth shut in exchange for half. He agrees to the deal, then beats her to death with an electric guitar as she is counting out her share. Marty's conscience pleads with him as he stuffs her body into a drum case, just before a police officer stops by to tell him about the noise complaints that neighbors have been filing. To try and drown out the voice, Marty fills his ears with medicated drops and shoves gel-covered cotton swabs into them; when these fail, he briefly considers shoving a sharpened pencil through his eardrum. He comes to his senses and instead decides to leave the club with the money.

The story then jumps back two years, to a doctor's appointment in which the man - rock concert promoter Marty Slash - is having his ears checked. He complains of hearing a muffled voice in his head, but the doctor dismisses it as the result of hearing loss caused by years of exposure to loud music. That night, Marty hosts a benefit concert (headlined by IggyPop), the latest in a series of shows that have raised $1 million to save the Amazon rain forests. However, he plans to steal the money and get out of the music business for good. As he prepares to flee, the voice in his head becomes clear - it is his conscience (voiced by Creator/SamKinison), which loudly and obnoxiously tries to persuade him to forget the plan.

Getting funny looks from everyone he passes, he starts to think that they can hear his conscience yelling about his crimes. He has the sound man turn the volume up to maximum in a last effort to silence it and bangs his head against one of the speakers, eventually breaking it. When the police pull the plug on the show, he confesses to the embezzlement and murder in front of the entire crowd. He then realizes that everyone was staring at him only because he had a cotton swab (used to apply the gel) lodged in one ear. Marty's conscience muses that if he had just kept his mouth shut, he could have escaped with the cash.

After years in the Rock & Roll business, rock promoter Marty Slash has nothing to show forever except hearing loss and a mysterious sound in his head that sounds like a voice screaming. Not wanting that to be the only thing to take away from his job, he plans the ultimate caper: Planning a "Save the Amazon" fundraiser concert (with IggyPop headlining) and stealing the donations and heading off into the sunset, but unfortunately for Slash, two things are stopping him: Miss Kielbasa (played by Katey SagalPeg Bundy from Series/MarriedWithChildren, Leela on Futurama, or Gemma from Series/SonsOfAnarchy), the bank clerk who overseen Marty's withdrawal from the Amazon account, who posed as a groupie and is now trying to blackmail him in exchange for half of the profits; and the other thing: his conscience (voice of Sam Kinison) who's loudly proclaiming him to don't take the money.
With the risk of Kielbasa turning him in, Marty has no choice but to cut her in on the deal, but Marty takes the ultimate step in severing the partnership: by bashing her head in with a guitar. Now adding Murder to his list of crimes, Marty's conscience continues to try to plead with him to turn himself in, even after a luckily escaped run-in with a police officer and the disposal of Kilbasa's body inside a drum kit, so much so that he tries to get the voice out by shoving medical gel, breaking ear swabs and even contemplating shoving a sharpened pencil into his ear drums, but soon, he snaps out of it and proceeds to get ready to ditch the club and walk out with the cash.
But something is throwing off the various club-goers while Marty is attempting to escape the club, Marty thinks that the others can actually hear his conscience telling them of his misdeeds, he tries everything, including turning the already loud rock music to max volume, bringing the policeman back to the club and forcing the audio engineer to shut off the music, causing the conscience thought to be heard. with no other choice, Marty admits to his crimes, but unfortunately for him, his conscience tells him that it wasn't the voice that everyone was worried about, it was actually a broken ear swab lodged in Marty's ear, if Marty would have just kept quiet, he would of gotten away with everything.
The scene soon cuts right before Marty's execution, Slash is now deaf due to the events before and on top of that, his conscience has been telling endless bad jokes about his predicament for the past two years, so much so that when two police officers who arrive to take him to his execution, he only responds with this: "Is it time? Is it time yet? IS IT TIME??!??!"

After years in the Rock & Roll business, rock promoter Marty Slash has nothing to show forever except hearing loss and a mysterious sound in his head that sounds like a voice screaming. Not wanting that to be the only thing to take away from his job, he plans the ultimate caper: Planning a "Save the Amazon" fundraiser concert (with Iggy Pop headlining) and stealing the donations and heading off into the sunset, but unfortunately for Slash, two things are stopping him: Miss Kilbasa (played by Katey SagalPeg Bundy from Series/MarriedWithChildren, Leela on Futurama, or Gemma from Series/SonsOfAnarchy), the bank clerk who overseen Marty's withdrawal from the Amazon account, who posed as a groupie and is now trying to blackmail him in exchange for half of the profits; and the other thing: his conscience (voice of Sam Kinison) who's loudly proclaiming him to don't take the money.

With the risk of Kilbasa turning him in, Marty has no choice but to cut her in on the deal, but Marty takes the ultimate step in severing the partnership: by bashing her head in with a guitar.
But something is throwing off the various club-goers while Marty is attempting to escape the club, Marty thinks that the others can actually hear his conscience telling them of his misdeeds, he tries everything, including turning the already loud rock music to max volume, bringing the policeman back to the club and forcing the audio engineer to shut off the music, causing the conscience thought to be heard. with no other choice, Marty admits to his crimes, but unfortunately for him, his conscience tells him that it wasn't the voice that everyone was worried about, it was actually a broken ear swab lodged in Marty's ear, if Marty would of just kept quiet, he would of gotten away with everything.
