George gets his glasses stolen at the Health Club and needs a new pair. Kramer recommends his optometrist friend Dwayne, who will give George a 30% discount if he mentions Kramer. While at the optometrist office Elaine gets bitten by a dog and has to go to the hospital. George decides to chase after the dog owner but stops when he thinks he sees Jerry's girlfriend Amy kissing Jerry's cousin Jeffrey. Jerry then tries to get Amy to admit that she kissed Jeffrey.
