"''Time Tunnel''" is the fifth episode of the second season of "''Series/TheAdventuresOfPeteAndPete''", and it was written by Will [=McRobb=]. Originally aired on October 2nd, 1994.

The end of Day Time Saving is a huge deal for some people, given that it means that the Autumn is coming out and that Summer is finally ending.

And it's is a huge DEAL for both Wrigley brothers this year, because both of them want to take advantage of the "time warp" it produces: the extra hour the DTS gives when it ends. Little Pete wants to be prepared for that exciting moment and become a legend as a "time traveller". For his older brother Pete... it's a whole different situation, mostly because he is already realizing that he is not a kid anymore: he wants to know where is exactly going his ''relationship'' with his best friend, Ellen Hickle. Because why ''not''? She was always a girl, and a friend... but was she a ''girl''friend?

Dissapointed by his older brother succumbing to his hormones, he then reccurs with the help of ''his'' best friend, Nona Mecklenberg, to make an epic preparation to that moment.

In the meantime Big Pete engage a date with Ellen, he asks for help to his friends and even Bus Driver Stu to help him how to act with her...

...little did he know that both his and his brother's paths into the past and the future were crossing into each other thanks to a common denominator called 'Endless' Mike Hellstrom.

Gladly, Endless Mike is content that his nemesis was growing up and in an agreement with him to lend his customized Ford Mustang car, he also shared some secrets to make the date much more smoothly. Pete was in heaven, since it was going to be perfect. Way too perfect to know if he and Ellen deserved to be with each other. Meanwhile, little Pete was plotting a revenge on Mike after being him and Nona being pulled down on their bikes, since it was also 'perfect' to return in time after a BANG moment of success and embarrassment to their nemesis.

The final destination? A drive-in theater. \\
