The story starts with Ryusei/Kamen Rider Meteor meeting up with what is the Aries Zodiarts. Aries Zodiarts immediately gives Ryusei a deal to help his friend, which Ryusei is glad to accept.

In the House of Technology. Kengo is working on the Cosmic States for Kamen Rider Fourze when he gets interrupted by Noah Kaiba. After a comment about fathers, Noah flips out and reveals his own past. Kengo then tells Noah that the two are the same and that there will always be people willing to help. Suddenly, Miu arrives and states that Gentaro has been killed in battle.

Meanwhile, Ryusei's identity has been revealed as JK, Yuki, Shun and Tomoko look on in horror as Gentaro dies. As Shun was about to clobber Aries Zodiarts with the Power Dizer, Aries Zodiarts blasted it with a green glow before telling the mecha to step aside.
