Brian begins to search for a way to get back to the United States, but Stewie refuses to leave with him and insists they travel to London. Having no money, the two have to distract the locals (with a song) in order to get a camel. They begin their journey with the camel. However, the camel winds up dying in the desert. Stewie has to cut up the camel. Just as he is about to sleep in the camel, they find a nearby Comfort Inn in which to stay. They steal a hot air balloon from the hotel premises and make their way to the Vatican City, then traveling by train from Switzerland to Munich, and end up in Amsterdam. Upon finally arriving at the BBC Television Centre, Stewie is horrified to learn that the farm is nonexistent, and his beloved characters are merely jaded actors. Disillusioned, Stewie decides to travel back home with Brian to Quahog.

Meanwhile, at KissStock, Peter and Lois dress in face paint and leather to look like Kiss band members, as does the rest of the crowd, and they manage to stand only a few feet from the stage. When Gene Simmons points the microphone at Lois, encouraging her to sing the next line of one of their songs, Peter is ashamed to discover that she does not know the lyrics. Deeply saddened by this, Gene and Paul Stanley leave the stage (allowing Ace Frehley and Peter Criss to perform "Chattanooga Choo Choo"). After the concert, Peter accuses Lois of only pretending to be a Kiss enthusiast, and they leave the concert venue in disgrace. Later that night Peter and Lois stop at a restaurant on the way home. At one of the tables of the restaurant are the band members of Kiss, Lois recognizes Gene without his makeup as Chaim Witz (Gene's birth name), an old classmate. Peter is amazed to discover that Lois had dated Gene when they were in school. Peter's faith in Lois is then restored, and he proudly shares the news on public-access television that his wife "did" Kis

Upon finally arriving at the BBC Television Centre, Stewie is stunned to learn the truth. The farm is merely a set. The pig is not reading a storybook: he is looking at porn. Mother Maggie gives kind words to Stewie: "Piss off, you grotty little wanker!". Disillusioned, Stewie decides to travel back home with Brian to Quahog and take up a new addiction: dancing with fruit hats.

KISS are so stunned, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley leave in disgust. Peter winds up floored at the fact that Lois was pretending to be a KISS fan. Later that night, Peter and Lois wind up a Denny's. At one of the tables of the restaurant are the band members of Kiss. Lois recognizes Gene without his makeup as Chaim Witz (Gene's birth name), an old classmate. Peter winds up learning that Lois "knew" Gene. Later on, during KISS forum, Peter proclaims that Lois "did" KISS.

This episode is notable for being the final episode produced during the third season. By extent, this also made this the final episode produced for the pre cancellation era, and the third to last one aired ("Viewer Mail #1" aired as the supposed FOX series finale, and "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein", from the second season, wound up airing on AdultSwim in 2003).
