* While Strong Sad's depression is usually played as relatively inconsequential, one of the possible responses in episode 1 of Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People implies that Strong Sad would be at risk of not just considering, but ''attempting'' self-harm or suicide if he goes off his meds, in a much more serious and realistic manner than most of Strong Sad's death comments (including literally asking someone to shoot him in "Happy Hallow-Day", which at least was mitigated by the fact he was acting cheerful at the time). It's part of a lie to keep Marzipan from finding out Strong Bad has her hedge clippers, but still, the fact that Strong Bad goes for it and Marzipan believes him without question are disturbing by themselves.

** There's also a bit of FridgeHorror just before that scene where Marzipan asks the King of Town if [[spoiler:he has the authority to execute people. The King responds with "Do the words 'doo-hoo-hoo' mean anything to you?" That jolly laugh implies that not only IS he able to have people executed, but he actually [[HangingJudge ENJOYS it.]] ]]

** And then we learn why, aside from a cameo as a silhouette in A Decemberween Mackerel, we haven't seen Dijjery Doo around lately: [[spoiler:The Cheat, [[GreenEyedMonster feeling that there's only room for one animal-like lackey in Strong Bad's life]], has been keeping him in a crate for 20 years. * The off-key singing at the end of the Fluffy-Puff Marshmellows commercials was very unnerving even before Marshie was thrown into the mix.

* Strong Bad's Easter egg at the end of "Haunted Photo Booth" has him shouting "How's Annie?" in an increasingly maniacal tone, in reference to his costume (BOB from ''Series/TwinPeaks''). Then it fades to the Black Lounge, where Homsar appears dressed as The Man from Another Place and says "I was raised by a cup of coffee!" in a creepy backwards-speaking voice.
