* The killing games themselves, though to be specific, the ones involving the main classrooms, like the Killing School Life, the Killing School Trip, and the Killing School Semester, which are all extensions of Junko's will. Though the franchise is full of plenty of comedic moments - including the BigBad - they do not detract from how horrible the situation actually is for everyone. Said situation is entering someplace only to end up trapped in a killing game hosted by a sadistic teddy bear plush who is essentially the epitome of evil (and the extension of the will of the BigBad) and having no escape, being forced to kill someone to do so, and basically having to disregard the outside world in order to stay sane.

* As she is the cause of ''everything'' in the series and just about every antagonist that isn't her is at least connected to her in some way, [[BigBad Junko Enoshima]] as a whole is terrifying. She's basically a psychopath who is incapable of reason and lives off of other people's pain, and she has no other qualities to her very existence besides that. Even her comedic elements are just meant to mask her true identity as a detestable egotist who cares not for social restraints or any emotions that allow humans to connect with one another. She's like an EmptyShell of a person, all things considered, but instead of doing nothing with her issues, she uses them to make the world a horrible place because [[StrawNihilist she believes people deserve it]].
