* Even the ''opening credits'' are unnerving, show what looks like a white sheet that becomes dirty over time before becoming bloodied, complete with an eerie tune with the ambiance of ''flies'' swarming nonstop.

** In the first shot, you see the guy Liz vomited on at her shift going into work and getting a handful of candy from a bowl at the reception’s desk on his way in, and the tip of his finger is sitting there showing that his co workers will get it as will any families they have by the end of the day.

** The third shot of the sequence has the guy in the first shot’s friend driving to New Orleans, uses the bathroom in a cup he’s drinking out of and throws it at a couple behind him that are heading to New Orleans. To make the whole thing worst, Mardi Gras is within a day, so New Orleans will likely have the infection death count the worst
** The fourth and final shot of the scene shows Liz returning home from her shift. She gives the taxi driver dollar bill that is likely infected and then stumbles upstairs where she crawls into her bed to sleep and possibly die. Although some comedy is found in this bit where she is thinking to herself that she should have gone to prom instead

* The infamous FanDisservice scene in ''Patient Zero''. Two hot babes [[CatFight duking it out on the beach?]] Hot! Two hot babes, both of which are in the later stages of a flesh-eating virus tearing each other apart on the beach, culminating in one caving the other's face in? Far, far from anything resembling hot.
