*** Apart from the Strawhat, Nami is seen a wearing cowboy hat in mutiple color spreads but doesn't wear actually wear a hat proper in cannon till Whole Cake Island where she wears a small black brimmed hat before losing it in the Seducing Woods.
*** Usopp wears a bandanna over his head like Zoro, which he often adorn with his signature goggles. After the timeskip, Usopp wears a big low brim hat which was interesting if not striking. In Dressrosa he puts on a much more cooler pilot's cap, Usopp is very rarely seen without any headgear (even more than Luffy at times).
*** Sanji rocks a stetson in ''Anime/OnePieceFlimStrongWorld'' and wears a cowboy hat in a few color spreads. The only cannon headgear he actual wears is the ball hat in Groggy Ring (which he hated) [[spoiler: and the [[ManInTheIronMask iron mask]] he wore while imprisoned as a kid]].

** As for the rest of the Straw Hats: Zoro puts on a black bandanna when he [[LetsGetDangerous gets serious about fighting]]. Tony Tony Chopper has a pink top hat the size of his ''head'' that his antlers can somehow poke through (After the time skip, he put a blue cover over his top hat that has antler holes AND ear holes). Robin occasionally sports a cowboy hat. Brook has a top hat that he wears ON TOP OF HIS AFRO - and after the TimeSkip, he upgrades to a ''crown''.
