Girls Aloud released a total of five studio albums (and one GreatestHitsAlbum, plus a cameo appearance in St Trinians) until their first hiatus in 2009, originally intended to be one year but ultimately becoming nearly four following Cheryl's solo success. Added DiffLines:

* OlderThanTheyLook: Nadine famously tried to pull this for her audition for the Irish version of Popstars. The lower age limit was 18 for fairly obvious reasons, and she entered as a 16 year old, and tried to lie about her birthday, but messed up and subtracted 2 years from it instead. Somehow she still actually got to the point of being picked as a member of the band Six before she was found out though.

Five Man Band is a narrative pattern and cannot be applied to real people. More info here.

* Five-Woman Band:
** TheLeader: Cheryl, the most vocal member and the center of much of the band's media attention, undeniably the group's overall Breakout Star.
** TheLancer: Nadine, while essentially the musical FaceOfTheBand as the main vocalist on most the group's songs, she generally had a quieter media personality & tended to stay out of the limelight in comparison to Cheryl.
** The Smart Girl: Nicola, while often seemingly playing the role of the ShrinkingViolet through much of the band's run she later showed to have the most hidden talents of any member, especially as a fashionista and songwriter.
** TheBigGuy: Sarah, thanks to a bit of an edgier, TanktopTomboy reputation, though perhaps more fitting as "The Wild One".
** TheHeart: Kimberley, thanks to her TeamMom and OnlySaneWoman traits.

* SpiritualSuccessor: Considered this to the Music/SpiceGirls as Geri Halliwell had a hand in selecting them since she was a judge on the show that formed them. They've since outgrown that label.

Shes Got Legs is currently a disambiguation

* LegFocus: The girls have flat out said that when it came to styling them, Nadine was always the one in the mini-skirt.

* ShesGotLegs: All of them, but Nadine is the standout case as she favors miniskirts and short dresses that show off her legs. The girls have flat out said that when it came to styling them, Nadine was always the one in the mini-skirt.
