When Pharaoh 90 attacks Mistress 9 and Hotaru starts to overpower her and take back control, she [[VillainousBreakdown becomes a raving lunatic]] who can't comprehend that the summoning backfired on her and that Hotaru wouldn't die.

When his brainwashed pawns are freed, Wiseman simply decides to murder them all, killing every member of the Black Moon Clan except for Demande, who survives, before intending on [[OmnicidalManiac exterminating existence itself]].

When members of the Death Busters begin to be killed by the Sailor Senshi, Pharaoh 90 doesn't care; not even when his "partner", Mistress 9, is destroyed, making it clear that he doesn't even care about his own people and wants to expand his influence despite his claims, which would also require keeping his conquered worlds from facing destruction. When he arrives on Earth, Pharaoh 90 executes Professor Tomoe [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness when he outlived his usefulness]] while the man begged him to save Hotaru, and tries to devour the Earth.

Once she captures Helios, Nehelenia attempts to torture him into fighting the Senshi, which results in Tuxedo Mask [[HeroicSacrifice giving his life]] to set him free and awaken the Golden Crystal, which also [[RetGone undoes Chibiusa's existence]]. Both as Zirconia and Queen Nehelenia, she {{Mind Rape}}s many people, forcing the Senshi to sacrifice their lives to save Sailor Moon after Nehelenia trapped her in a nightmare. After reviving her friends, Tuxedo Mask and Chibiusa, Nehelenia refuses to back down and tries one last time to claim the Silver and Golden Crystals to rule the Earth and shroud it in darkness.
