* Series/Banshee:
** Damien Sanchez from from season 1's "Meet the New Boss" is a charismatic MMA champion. He's also a sadistic sociopath. He seduces a waitress then, deciding the consensual sex wasn't rough enough for him, mercilessly beats her, rapes her, and assaults her with a champagne bottle. It's later established that this is standard behavior for him, with him usually just buying his way out of any consequences. He is absolutely remorseless, and even laughs when confronted with his crimes. While Banshee is a show full of violent people, rape is uncommon, and Sanchez, despite being a minor character, stands out for his viciousness, pettiness, and complete and total absence of redeeming characteristics.
** "The Albino", real name unknown, appears in the first 2 seasons, in flashbacks to Hood's time in prison. He is a sadistic eist who delights in dominating everyone around him, and seems to live only for sex and violence, frequently at the same time. He boasts about his unwilling harem, predicates his beatdowns on inflicting the most harm possible without killing his victims, and seems to find his own crimes funny.

** Dr. Francis Dulmacher, AKA The Dollmaker, is a respected, soft-spoken surgeon who works with rich clients, and is the mastermind of a human trafficking ring, which he uses to harvest organs for his experiments. He often sends his thugs to abduct people, then takes them to his facility on a private island where said thugs keep them hostage. Early in season 1, he sends two of his lackies to abduct street children to such a fate, using charity as a lure. When his plan is exposed and the children are sent into protective care, he tries to have his lackeys hijack the convoy. Later on in the season, crime boss Fish Mooney finds herself in Dulmacher's clutches, with himintending to take her eye; later he shows what happens to those who fail or cross him; he shows her his former lackies disasembled and reassembled with female parts.

** Dr. Hugo Strange is the BigBad of the latter half of season 2. Originally partnering with Thomas Wayne in the Pinewood Farms project, a project meant to find cures for afflicted citizens' illnesses, Strange took advantage of Wayne's trustfulness to perform horrifying experiments on the patients. When Wayne discovers Strange's actions and closes the project, Strange . Partnering with the Court of Owls, Strange becomes the head of Arkham Asylum, where he continues his torturous experiments on the defenseless patients, resulting in many of them going even more insane and being transformed into monstrous creatures. To keep said experiments under his thumb, Strange regularly subjects them to painful mental torture. Discovering the secret to bringing the dead back to life, Strange begins reviving dead criminals, all of whom, including the aforementioned , came back as raving lunatics who kill numerous innocents, Strange happily assisting them while convincing them they are his "children." When Bruce Wayne and James Gordon continue to investigate him, Strange subjects them both to mentally stressful interrogations before trying to kill them, along with Selina Kyle, the latter for no reason other than annoyance. On the Court of Owls' orders, Strange tries to detonate a nuclear device that could possibly kill thousands of people, for no apparent reason other than fear for his own life. A cold sociopath who commited his atrocities simply to see if he could, Hugo Strange showed no concern for any of his victims, and is ultimately revealed to be responsible for nearly all of Gotham City's inevitable chaos with his monstrous experiments.

** Season 5 BigBad Conrad Bonaparte was the co-founder and leader of the Black Claw terrorist organization, which think of the Wesen as a MasterRace and aim to TakeOverTheWorld; and a very powerful Zauberbiest. Already responsible for many of Black Claw's attacks around the world, Bonaparte organized their attempts to subjugate Portland. Setting up local political candidate Andrew Dixon, then having him assassinated so could take his place, Black Claw spread destruction and murder throughout the city, including inspiring the temporary resurrection of a barbaric HumanSacrifice ritual, and launching an attack upon Wesen-run businesses that didn't join them. Arriving to personally oversee events Conrad proceeded to: set up several of his loyal agents to die to provide a distraction; forced Adalind Schade to join them by threating her children; was both directly and indirectly responsible for many deaths, including Monroe 's Uncle Felix; attacked and destroyed the local Hadrian's Wall base; and painfully cursed Adalind when she proved uncooperative. Conrad also used his powers to slowly, brutally murder , forcing Renard to MercyKill him, an act he took great pleasure from; and to torture Nick Burkhardt by inducing both extreme physical pain and nightmarish hallucinations involving Nick's son. After his attempt to secure a book detailing the linage of all Grimm's failed, Bonaparte fatally wounded , tortured Nick's address out of Adalind and ordered an all-out assault upon Nick and his allies. Following Nick destroying his entire Army, Conrad displayed no regard for his fallen followers, only acknowledging that he underestimated Nick before trying to personally murder him. Underneath a calm and seemingly seemingly friendly exterior, Bonaparte was a man of no morals or standards, driven by an unshakable belief in Wesen Supremacy and complete disregard for even his most loyal followers.

* Series/MarcoPolo: Jia Sidao, season 1's BigBad, is the EvilChancellor of the Song Dynasty. Described as cold, ruthless, and dangerous, he is introduced brutally beating the army's general in front of his soldiers before killing him upon hearing rumors that he was insulting his style of kung fu. He also shows utter distain for the Mongols, and when he hears Empress Dowager Xie Daoquing was trying to negotiate a peace treaty with the Mongols, he has her and those who agreed to it murdered, along with her already dying husband, so that their son could become emperor, someone easier for him to control, thus leading to him becoming the true ruler of the empire. With his influence, Sidao has every Mongolian village near the Song Dynasty capital, Xianggang, destroyed, with their people all killed. He also holds his sister's daughter hostage so that he can blackmail her to go assassinate the Mongolian emperor and empress. When he finds out she failed to kill them, he tortures her daughter by binding her feet and threatens to kill her if she fails again. When the Mongols attempt to invade Xianggang he uses gunpowder to attack them, with the entire army massacred, causing the Khan to retreat. When the Mongol army succeeds in breaching the walls in their second attempt, Sidao tracks down Marco Polo, the man who orchestrated this siege, and he makes him suffer, before trying to kill him. A power-hungry sociopath who views all those as nothing more than stepping stones for power, Jia Sidao was a perfect example of how horrible people in Medieval China could become.

* Film/NatureOfTheBeast: In this Creator/ABCFamily original film, Donovan is an AxCrazy alpha werewolf who commits wanton violence and murder solely for his own amusement. Disguising himself as an unassuming college professor who teaches Rich, Donovan reveals his true nature as the Alpha werewolf upon slaughtering Rich's friend and cursing Rich to become a werewolf himself. What makes this action worse is that, unlike other werewolves, Donovan has full control over his transformations and has free will all the while, killing Rich's friend and cursing him to lycanthropy solely for sadism. Later attending the wedding reception for Rich and his fiance Julia, he forcefully turns Rich into a werewolf and tries to make him kill Julia's family. When Rich resists, Donovan discards him and tries to kill Julia and her family himself, but not before trying to corrupt him into succumbing to his inner beast so Rich would become like him. It's also heavily implied Donovan's responsible for the mass murder of innocents, such as killing a man because he wanted his house. A sadist who reveled in acts from the petty and spiteful to the hateful and murderous, Donovan was a fine example of a beast as monstrous on the inside as he was on the outside.

* Series/Psych: Mr. Yin (also known as Karl Rotmensen) is an even more depraved murderer than his former apprentice Yang. He introduces himself by murdering several people and arranging the corpses in a Yin/Yang symbol. A fan of AlfredHitchcock, Yin murders a woman named Mary in a manner reminiscent of the famous “Shower Scene” from Film/Psycho. Using this theme as a distraction, he kidnaps the hero Shawn's girlfriend and forces Sean to choose between catching Yin or saving her. When he reappears, he continues attempting to murder Shawn and everyone close to him. What makes him even more monstrous is his sheer pettiness. By his own admission he never loved his daughter, yet he was still angry when Shawn indirectly inspired her to finally stand up to him. He's not angry he lost his daughter, he's angry he lost a tool. It is also revealed that he's the one who made Yang the monster she was, making him responsible for all her murders as well.

* Series/TheIncredibleHulk: Michael Sutton from season 3's "The Snare" has become bored with hunting animals, and so he decides to start HuntingTheMostDangerousGame. On his own island, he finds whatever men he can and invites them over, only to drug them to sleep and put them through deadly obstacles as he hunts them down, succeeding at least 5 times, and seeing it all as a "game." He intends to do the same to David Banner. It's implied that the reason he's so successful is because he doesn't play fair, a fact David calls him out on, insisting that a real hunter plays fair and that all Sutton about is winning. When Sutton discovers David's inner beast, he intends to whip David with the intent of bringing it out and killing it, only to kill himself by accident. At the end of the episode, it turns out even in death Sutton can't stand losing, as it's revealed he booby trapped David's escape boat in preparation for the hero's victory. Ruthless, psychotic, and a cheater at his own game, Michael Sutton was unlike any other villain on the show, who were motivated by either tragedy or simple financial gain.

** The Hidden One from season 3 was a cruel, arrogant, hot-tempered deity, driven by lust for power and a hatred of mankind. Ten thousand years ago, due to his evil nature his fellow gods banished him to the Catacombs, where he seduced Pandora, promising he would make her his wife if she freed him. Giving her a box which could steal a god’s power, he sent her to slaughter his fellow deities, leaving him as the one all-powerful god. However, using a mystical artifact to strip him of his power, the humans imprisoned him in the Catacombs. In the present, Pandora managed to free him, however due to Abbie Mills his power source was lost. Obsessed with restoring himself, his minions summoned monsters from all over world to Sleepy Hollow so he could feed off them, causing many deaths. When The Kindred and Kindress instead fell in love, the furious Hidden One murdered them. Despite initial appearances the Hidden One proved too only care about power, mistreating and berating Pandora. Attempting to kill the witnesses the Hidden One trapped himself in the same spell that originally defeated him, where he learned that acting in good faith Pandora had told the original humans of its existence. Not caring that she saved him for a second time, the Hidden One proceeded to torture his wife. When Jenny Mills tried to stop him from restoring himself, The Hidden One cursed her boyfriend Joe Corbin to become a Wendigo, forcing . Finally regaining his former powers, the Hidden One imprisoned Pandora then bragged how he would wipe mankind out gradually, so he could bask in their fear and suffering.

* Monster/TheVampireDiaries (and The Originals)

* Series/TheOriginals, a spinoff of Series/TheVampireDiaries:
** In the struggles among vampires, witches, werewolves and humans, Monique Deveraux from season 1 stands out and shows some of the most ancient vampires that evil knows no age. A teenage girl killed in a botched Harvest Ritual, her aunt Sophie struggled to have Monique resurrected, and when she succeeds, Monique repays her aunt by murdering her and seeing it as another casualty of war. She would later go on to assist the witch leader Celeste, and after Celeste dies, does the same to their new leader Genevieve. Hardened by her religious loyalty to The Ancestors, Monique is willing to kill Genevieve, simply because they told her to, only relenting when they order her to kill Klaus and Hayley's unborn baby, and sadistically attempting to kill Hayley to induce a miscarrige. In addition to this, Monique scapegoats Davina, blaming her for the Harvest going wrong, simply because she survived and gets the other witches to do the same. When Hayley goes into labor, she and the other witches abduct her; Monique tells her that they will kill her baby and there is nothing she and Klaus can do about it. After Hayley gives birth, Monique slits her throat and leaves her to die While preparing the ritual to kill the baby, Monique talks to another Harvest girl about usurping Genevieve all together. When facing defeat, Monique attempts to stab the baby. While she does have a FreudianExcuse in being killed in a ritual and corrupted by the Ancestors, the other Harvest girls went through the same thing and didn't come out as evil or crazy as Monique. Sadistic and fanatical, Monique willingly reaches depths that most vampires, witches and werewolves in the conflict don't.
** Francesca Correa from season 1 is a descendant of the thought to be extinct Guerra werewolf clan/crime family, but poses as a human to control their faction. Despite signing a peace treaty between werewolves, vampires, witches and humans, she helps intensify the conflict by masterminding the bombings on the home of the Crescent werewolves, with children in the home, in order to frame the vampires. She intimidates Father Kieran's niece Camille into looking for a key that might expose her family for what they are. Francesca is revealed to be in cahoots with the witches, and oversees the witch leader Genevieve, who makes the moonlight rings. In return for the rings, Francesca gives the witches Hayley so that they can kill her baby. With these rings, Francesca and her brothers massacre a small army of vampires and savagely maul Elijah. Francesca cares not for her family and minions, using even her brothers as bodyguards, claiming that she is the top dog and that it's her minions job to keep the fight from getting to her. She maintains control by running her werewolves as a gang, all while secluding herself to avoid retaliation. When the fight does go to her, she flees while Elijah kills her brothers.

* Series/TheVampireDiaries:
** Markos from season five is the leader of the Travelers, a subculture of witches restrained from using magic. Markos planned on undoing that spell along with every spell ever cast by a witch, viewing their magic as an abomination and his own as pure. Centuries ago, he enacted a curse so that certain generations of the descendants of Silas and Amara would be their exact doppelgangers, brainwashed into being drawn together, so he could use their blood for the Travelers' ritual; even before he is resurrected, he orders the death of Stefan's completely innocent doppelganger, Tom Avery, just so Stefan and Elena will be the only ones left. He allows his most loyal minion, Sloane to dies just to demonstrate the result of his curse; begins the destruction of the Other Side, an afterlife for supernatural creatures, causing its denizens to start hurtling into the void, and comes at the price of the sacrifice of his own minions; later abducts and tortures Stefan and Elena for more of their blood; leads the Travelers in a mass ritual to possess the population of Mystic Falls, destroying their original bodies to make the change permanent; tries to unleash an anti-magic field that would have killed every vampire on the planet. In the season finale, Markos has Tyler/Julian killed, after learning that Julian killed Stefan when Stefan was still useful to them. When Markos suspects a plot to kill him, he keeps Caroline's mother Sheriff Forbes close to him, and pins her down in his dying moments. After his death, he attempts to resurrect himself by forcibly passing through Bonnie, which again would have risked her death. While most villains on this show have honorable or sympathetic qualities, Markos has none, only caring about his his goal and going to any lengths and depths to achieve it.
** Season 6’s BigBad is Malachai "Kai" Parker, a young and bloodthirsty witch with constant murder on the brain. In his past, Kai was denied the chance to preform the merge ritual with his twin sister Jo and lead the Gemini Coven, and retaliates by gleefully killing his other siblings, making his youngest siblings Luke and Liv his primary targets. Spending years in a prison world, Damon and Bonnie soon arrive, and Kai torments them until he escapes that world, leaving Bonnie behind. Intending to hunt Luke and Liv down, Kai promises to continue his murder spree on innocent people. Siphoning leftover magic from the Travelers, Kai experiments by torturing Elena, as the humans he tortures eventually dies. He eventually comes up on top of the merge, but kills Luke in the process. Kai later teams up with vampire/witch hybrids, and helps them escape their own prison before attacking Jo and Alaric's wedding, killing Jo and her unborn babies. Kai kills himself to complete his transformation into a Heretic, and so that the Gemini Coven will die with him. His final act of cruelty is linking Bonnie to a comatose Elena, so that Elena can only awaken with Bonnie's death. While he goes through a phase of empathy and regret, it was only the result of Luke's soul merging with Kai's, and Kai gets over it. Incapable of feeling real emotions, Kai's charm only thinly veils this deranged warlock, who does what he does because he "likes being a sociopath."
** Julian from season 7 stands out as an especially evil vampire in this series, constantly spending his time murdering and manipulating. Julian is Lily Salvatore's lover and father figure to the Heretics, whom he sees as personal pawns. In his first episode Julian discovers that Valerie is pregnant with Stefan's baby and beats her into a miscarriage, silently taunting her as she recovers. When resurrected, he compels multiple people from other towns into filling up the school and restaurants as a constant and living blood bank. To protect himself, Julian links his life to Lily's. When Lily sees through him, Julian tries to force Lily to either kill Damon or Valerie, taunting that he unlinked their lives when Lily stakes herself. Julian later uses a mystical dagger to entrap Stefan and Damon in their personal hells. Julian also kills off mall employees at a neighboring town. When Stefan and Damon return, it's discovered that Julian has built an chaotic vampire army that has completely taken over Mystic Falls, which Julian uses to feed off and torment the human population. Julian also holds a gladiatorial fight club where contestants fight to the death for his amusement, in which he has a suicidal Damon take part in, before fighting Damon himself. It's also revealed he's behind the vampire hunter Raina, having forced the girl to kill her father. Julian doesn't even have the humanity switch to excuse him, being outright stated to have been born evil.
