Added some stuff to Forgone Conclusion and added a spoiler tag since some people may rather not read that information before reading the manga. Then I removed the comment that Eumenes created chess because he certainly did not. To clarify, Chess was invented in India as a 4 player game, but a much more popular 2 player version was soon developed and spread into Europe through the Persians. In this (fictionalized) account of Euemenes' life, he only added some extra rules, and as we can clearly see from their playing, the rules aren't our modern chess version. So no, he did not invent chess.
