Some character have enough elasticity in their stomach that it is possible to stomp on them like a trampoline. In this trope, a character uses the belly of a fat human or creature to bounce on it like a trampoline. Some do it for a practical use, like reaching a tall place they couldn't reach by themselves, or to save someone falling. Other just do it because it is fun. Whatever the use is, most likely, the person who is being bounced on will probably not be pleased.
