*''[[VideoGame/AdvancedVariableGeo Advanced V.G.]]'': Yuka Takeuichi is synonymous with her Kikouden and its HDM variation, [[WaveMotionGun Kyuukyo Kikouden.]]
*''VideoGame/ArtOfFighting'': The Sakazaki Family is well-known for the Haoh Shoko Ken, which is Kyokugenryuu's trademark. Robert is the exception. While capable of using Haoh Shokoh Ken and its variants, [[SpamAttack Genie Kyaku]] is said to be ''his'' signature special.

* In the ''{{Franchise/Nasuverse}}'', users of "True Magic" (sometimes called Sorcery or Magic, depending on the translation) all have a single unique ability. Then there's Reality Marbles, which are RealityWarper PersonalityPowers with a specific effect unique to the individual (e.g. [[{{Tsukihime}} transforming the owner's body into a mass of beasts]] or [[VisualNovel/FateStayNight producing perfect recreations of swords]]) and which a skilled magus can expand outward into a FisherKing effect.

** Although the [[KamehameHadoken Kamehameha wave]] is Goku's go-to attack, it's the Genki Dama ("Spirit Bomb") that's his signature move. Taught to him by King Kai, no other character is seen to use it despite several others receiving the same training. Ironically, [[UselessUsefulSpell in-canon it only actually succeeds in defeating an enemy once]].

Taught to him by King Kai, no other character is seen to use it despite several others receiving the same training. Unfortunately, it has a wind up which leaves him vulnerable and spans roughly ''several episodes'', and if he messes up, he risks losing most of the energy that went into making it. Ironically, if you [[LooseCanon discount the movies]], it [[UselessUsefulSpell in-canon it only actually succeeds in defeating an enemy once]].only once]].
*** Goku has a few other trademark moves, though they don't quite count as other signature moves. He also learned the Kaio Ken, was the only Super Saiyan for a while (after the Cell saga, just about everybody who counted as a Saiyan could do this), then he has [[{{Teleportation}} Instant Transmission]], then the Dragon Fist. And lastly he likes to use a strong punch to the solar plexus as an opener or a finisher.
