* ''ComicBook/GoldDigger'': Britanny Elin Diggers, the HappilyAdopted were-cheetah sister of Gina Diggers, is an ActionFashionista who spends absurd amounts of money in clothes (at least partially justified because being a seven-foot-tall were-cat prone to ClothingDamage just from running near-supersonic speeds is ''not'' cheap), even calling her daughter Tiffany (after, yeah, ''[[Film/BreakfastAtTiffanys that]] Tiffany). She [[CerebusCallback eventually explains to Tiffany]] that said purchasing obsession was a way to deal with her FreakinessShame.

* In ''Film/MarieAntoinette2006'', Antoinette breaks in tears when her sister-in-law gives birth to an heir before her and the court gossips about her infertility. The scene cuts to the famous ShoppingMontage where she buys extremely expensive (and [[PimpedOutDress flashy]]) clothing along with loads of shoes (designed by Manolo Blahnik no less).
