** Russia, with his connection to General Winter, the AnthropomorphicPersonification of the Russian winter.
** IJustWantToBeNormal Iceland, who not only has MysticalWhiteHair, but can see magical creatures that are InvisibleToNormals, and is best friends with a talking puffin.

* Surprisingly common in Manga/DontenNiWarau, though that is due to a good part of the main cast being of the Fuuma clan, known for their white hair and purple eyes (not albinos by birth, however). A more straight example of this trope is Botan, who is a .

* Judy Hopps in Disney/Zootopia has purple eyes, distinct from all other members of her rather large family.
* Princess Aurora from Disney/SleepingBeauty has violet eyes, which are meant to symbolize rare beauty along with her sunshine golden hair and rose red lips. She's the only Franchise/DisneyPrincess with an abnormal eye color.
* Princess Odette from WesternAnimation/TheSwanPrincess has purple eyes as well, as a ShoutOut to the above, as well as adding to her own beauty and her swan motif.
* A villainous example exists in Disney/TheLittleMermaid, as Vanessa has violet eyes. This also is one of the first signs that she isn't what she appears to be.
* Dr. Facilier in Disney/ThePrincessAndTheFrog has purple eyes. They match his belly shirt. WordOfGod says that of the three Mardi Gras colors, purple was chosen for him because it's the most "unnatural".
* Amalthea, the human version of the titular WesternAnimation/TheLastUnicorn, has purple eyes when she becomes human; they are seen as being extremely rare and beautiful.
* Megara in Disney/Hercules has violet eyes, and wears a violet dress to match - they also go well with her FemmeFatale charms.
* Non-human example: Pompom from Disney/CinderellaIIDreamsComeTrue. Remarkable for a cat, and they seem to be a symbol for her evilness. Also fits nicely in how she is Lucifer No, not that Lucifer's white-furred, purple-eyed, female counterpart to his being black-furred, green-eyed.

She also accentuates them with purple eye-shadow, and mascara.

Interestingly, in hindsight [[spoiler: they are a clue to her allegiance to the bad guy Hades, since in the Disney universe purple mostly stands for evilness and rose red lips. She's she turns out to work for Hades. She turns out good / good-hearted in the only Franchise/DisneyPrincess with an abnormal eye color.

sunshine golden hair and rose red lips. She's the only Franchise/DisneyPrincess with an abnormal eye color. An exception / subversion of the trope in the sense that in the Disney universe, violet mostly indicates evilness, but Aurora of course is as good / innocent as a person can be.

* Series/BuffyTheVampireSlayer: While on the TV show his eyes were more of an occult blue shade, in the canon comic "Antique" and the non-canon "Spike vs. Dracula" series Dracula's eyes are purple. Dracula, besides being of course the most well-known vampire, is unique amongst Buffyverse vampires. He is able to easily hypnotize people and put them under his thrall, he can shapeshift into various forms (wolf, bat, panther, bees, mist), he can come back from being staked, and he does not have the bumpy face of common vampires but does always have fangs.

* VideoGame/FinalFantasyII has main antagonist TheEmperor, with very pretty purple eyes (he's always had them, but considering the graphical format of the game, it's been hard to tell until Dissidia). In both games he is a very powerful sorcerer and chessmaster, so it fits the trope...but it's also likely to have been chosen simply because of how well it goes with the rest of his mostly-golden-with-purple-accents character design.
