A person with fire power often possesses--get this--a fiery personality. You could say that they are HotBlooded, choleric, or that the flame of passion burns within them. And who knows, maybe their burning anger powers their burning hands; it's certainly possible for it to make them literally burn from anger. They also tend to be redheads (or dye their hair). They may even give you due warning by being Fiery Redheads. If they're also a PyroManiac, heaven help you. In jRPGs, this person is likely to be a BlackMagicianGirl.

** Anime/YuGiOh5Ds has Hunter Pace/Mukuro Enjo; his Deck utilizes the Burning Skull archetype.
* Tomoe from Manga/KamisamaKiss is a centuries old Kitsune who has a tendency to summon fireballs so much he might qualify as pyromaniac. He also has a nasty little habit of combining this with BalefulPolymorph; namely transforming his victim into a game animal of some kind and than roasting them alive.
* In Anime/UmiMonogatari, Kanon's power is to control fire.
* The title character of Manga/HanaTheFoxGirl breathes foxfire when she becomes embarrassed.
* Homura Hinooka's specialty in LightNovel/FireGirl is to conjure flames and control them.
* This is half of Shouto Todoroki's power in Manga/MyHeroAcademia. The other half is ice.
* Starjun from Manga/Toriko can create and control fire hot enough to melt iron. On top of that, he also has a flaming kithcen knife, which, due to his length, doubles as a sword. In the anime adaptation, his flames were made blue.

* Johnny Storm (the second, but more famous Human Torch) from the ComicBook/FantasticFour. The original hothead. He can generate shapes composed of fire from any point on his body (He usually employs his hands to "sculpt" the flames, occasionally as a lasso to ensnare enemies). He can form fire into long streams, spheres, or even more complex shapes like letters in skywriting. These flames-objects will only remain their shapes as long as he concentrates upon them. The objects will only burn about 3 minutes before expiring unless the Torch continues to infuse them with energy

She's Tsundere a bit of a FieryRedhead when using her power and is also prone to 'kill it now ask questions later'. However, her power is actually something called Plunder and apparently involves the absorption of life energy itself.

Added DiffLines:

** In offense, Fire is one of the best types, thanks to its ability to do damage to Steel-type. In defense, is a bad type being weak to Water, Rock and Ground (all teams carrying Earthquake and Stealth Rock doesn't help). Improved slightly thanks to its new resistance to Fairy.
** Usually Fire Pokemon have high Special Attack (there are some ones with high Attack instead) and usually decent speed. However, they usually have subpar defenses.
