* In ''Game Changers'', Jeff Varner, in a Survivor first, was expelled from the game without a vote for outing another contestant as {{Transgender}}. Jeff was on the outs with his tribe following a member shuffle and had tried to paint Zeke Smith as an untrustworthy liar by indicating he wasn't revealing his sexuality to people, but made the ultimate failure in that he crossed the line between game attack and personal attack. This is because he foolishly assumed Zeke had told his community about his sex change and that he wasn't really gay, just holding onto his old sexual orientation attractions. Andrea Boehlke almost immediately burst into tears after being so shocked and horrified by what Jeff had just done, and Tai Trang, a homosexual, was outraged and quickly berated Jeff for what he did, with Debbie Wanner chiming in very displeased as Sarah Lacina sat there transfixed in horror and awkward silence. Pretty soon, almost the entire tribe of the post-shakeup Nuku was laying into him. Zeke then revealed, "In the past two seasons I've been on this show, I've told ''nobody''." , and Jeff Probst sobered Varner with the [[SomeAnvilsNeedToBeDropped harrowing news that this would not just be broadcast between the tribe but MILLIONS of viewers.]] That meant Varner had effectively told the country Zeke was transgender and made it impossible for him to go back to a life of privacy. When Varner tried to rescind his comment, Probst chided at him, "You can't un-ring the bell." The disgust was so palpable from everybody that Probst invoked an impromptu vote and basically confirmed everybody wanted Jeff out and Jeff himself was ready to go, knowing he lost his right to be on the show, so Probst simply kicked him out on unpopular opinion. But it wasn't over for poor Varner yet, not by a long shot. Post-game, Jeff broke down and wept, apologizing for what he did, then had an incredibly sullen exit interview. But that wasn't enough for the LGBT community, who were so burnt they felt the need to declare Varner unfit for employment, and he even lost his job when angry fans called in for him to be fired, and then Jeff even went into a bout of suicidal depression and needed counseling. He has since gone on to a new job that is better than the last, but will likely never again be invited back to the show and knows he will bear this disgrace for the rest of his life.
