The closest thing in real life would be Hazel eyes, which change color based on clothing, environment and rarely, yes, even mood.
However there are scientific reasons for this, and the eyes themselves don't actually change, it is instead the perception of whoever is looking at them that has changed, when the light reflected mixes with light reflected off of other parts of the environment, for instance, having a flushed face can make others pervieve your eyes as having darkened, when really they're stiall the same.

However, the eyes actually can change, this is caused by chemical changes that generally happen when one feels an immense emotion such as sorrow, hatred, happiness, etc., this is because eye color is the result of chemical balance in your eyes, emotions can cause the balance to change, thereby also affecting one's eyes.
