* In WesternAnimation/GravityFalls, [[spoiler:Ford has a cleft in his chin that his (actually fraternal, but similar-looking enough to pull a TwinSwitch on Bill Cipher) twin brother Stan does not have, they have different voices (but can imitate each other pretty well), and most significantly of all, Ford has an extra finger on each hand.]]

* Kodama and Obariyon of the Batiri in Wrestling/CHIKARA aren't twins, and aren't even related, but look close to identical due to having the same height, build, skin tone, hair, gear, etc., along with similar facepaint and tattoos. Commentary tends to have trouble distinguishing between them, but there are differences: their facepaint designs are distinct, Kodama has some tattoos in places Obariyon doesn't, Obariyon has a slightly softer physique, and in late 2015 Obariyon got a shorter haircut.

* Series/KamenRider: Though they're not related, this appears with the first two Riders. Takeshi Hongo (Kamen Rider #1) and Hayato Ichimonji (Kamen Rider #2) have nigh-identical suited forms (after actually tweaking Hongo's suit to more resemble Ichimonji, especially gaining a white stripe on his helmet without which they'd be easily distinguishable. WTHCostumingDepartment). The only difference is that Ichimonji's boots and gloves are red. It's hard to see which is which in a fight, but eventually, Ichimonji got a black helmet in many of his later appearances. (Then lost it. The Double Riders are nigh-impossible to tell apart once again. However, Movie Wars Megamax brings back Ichimonji's black helmet, which is then carried over to Film/KamenRiderXSuperSentaiSuperHeroTaisen, indicating that the change might stick this time.
** The reboot movie Film/KamenRiderTheFirst gets around this, by giving Hongo a dark blue and black costume (or all black with dark blue gloves in the sequel) and having Ichimonji's more closely resemble the original Ichimonji.
** Back to identical helmets for Super Hero War Z.
