His Blackwatch skin shows that his eyes also have some sort of cybernetic implant that allows them to glow red, although this functionality has (seemingly) disappeared by the time of ''Dragons'' (although it's unclear whether he had them removed, or simply turned them off so he didn't freak out Hanzo more than he needed to).
