Nay. Rule 34 is "If it exists, there's porn of it". Rule 36 is... an extension of Rule 34; namely: "If it exists, there's a fetish for it" ... not that the "rules of the internet" were to be treated like an established set of rules. Yet rule 36 is almost as commonplace as rule 34
