* Elwood Blues from ''Film/TheBluesBrothers''. From the bridge jump at the beginning to his awesome parking skills (he flips the car ''around'' instead of backing up), Elwood is CrazyAwesome. But no mention of Elwood's driving would be complete without [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zcv4T9Auy0U&feature=related the mall scene]]. And if that's not enough, during the film's climactic ten-plus minute [[HotPursuit chase scene]], he manages to [[https://youtu.be/eGu2camh0WA reverse his car off an incomplete highway drop in a way that makes his car pull a backflip of all things]] over some Illinois Nazis who are chasing him, which only astounds them, and makes them completely miss the fact that they are running out of road, making them [[AbsurdAltitude launch off the incomplete highway into the air, before plummeting from a height that rivals the height of the Chicago Sears Tower]].

** Continued in ''VideoGame/MassEffectAndromeda'', as even without Shepard, Ryder is definitely a graduate from whatever driving school Shepard went to. Get a little too close to a cliff edge, and:
-->'''Drack:''' '''''[[AtomicFBomb SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTT!!!]]'''''
*** Drack is a 1400-year-old krogan. Keep in mind, not even Grunt or Wrex freaked out at Shepard's driving. That speaks volumes.

* Maya Amano, from ''VideoGame/{{Persona 2}}'' duology. In the first game, ''Innocent Sin'' the party lets Maya drive the blimp from the Air Museum and she crashes it. She then tries to drive a boat in the last dungeon in and crashes into every rock along the way before the party asks Tatsuya to take over for her. She did so badly that its infamy persists across the AlternateUniverse in the sequel ''Eternal Punishment'', where Ulala tells her, "Oh no, you don't! I've had enough of your driving!" And later in the game Tatsuya insists that Jun drive the blimp instead. And when the time came for ''someone'' to drive a minisub, Tatsuya immediately volunteers so Maya won't even try. This is, apparently, due to Maya thinking her driving license applies to ''any'' vehicle, and her belief she's good enough to pull it off. The screams say otherwise.

* Two young Scots are visiting America and speeding along the road when they are stopped by a police officer. The officer says to the driver, "You were going 70 miles per hour. The speed limit is 45 miles per hour. I have to give you a ticket." "But the sign says I can go that fast," says the driver, pointing to a nearby road sign. "That says ''Route'' 70," says the officer, exasperated, "That's not the speed limit, it's the road number." Then he notices that the guy in the passenger seat looks like he is going to throw up. He asks the driver, "What's wrong with your friend there?" The driver responds, "Oh, we just got off Route 130!"[[note]]This joke is doubly funny to people from [[UsefulNotes/NewJersey South Jersey]], since [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Jersey_Route_70 New Jersey Route 70]] intersects [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Route_130 U.S. Route 130]] in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey.[[/note]]

Added DiffLines:

* In ''WesternAnimation/ThomasTheTankEngine'', this crops up many times. For example, Duncan sways a lot (or, to use his driver's words, does 'rock n' roll', and Bertie will often push himself to the limit, especially if he's racing Thomas. One episode features a bi-plane called Tiger Moth who flies like crazy. Even the Fat Controller/Sir Topham Hatt is horrible at driving.
--> '''Winston''': (''About the Fat Controller's driving'') Early days, sir, early days.

* While he seems to be a good driver in the games, Sora is shown to be a hilariously bad pilot for the Gummi Ship in the manga adaptation for the ''Manga/KingdomHearts'' series.

Added DiffLines:

* ''[[Animation/TheMindsEye The Gate to the Mind's Eye]]'' features someone in a FlyingCar doing this. Their antics include veering wildly from side to side (likely caused by the vehicle's large rear end), bouncing off walls and other structures, breaking hard and [[CameraAbuse forcing the camera view to rear-end it]], and ending in what is likely a fatal collision with a massive wall inside a sectioned-off tunnel inside a building.
