* UnintentionalPeriodPiece: The first volume was written in 1981, when VHS wasn't yet that common and many ''midnight movies'' still had to see a video release. In a large city you could probably find a movie theater play some of these cult classics, but not in suburbs or rural areas. As a result many titles were sometimes very obscure but intrigueing for the casual movie fan.
