* Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure gives us the MagnificentBastard Dio Brando, who (as Speedwagon notes) has been evil his entire life, trying numerous tactics to try and steal Jonathan's spot on his father's will before killing the man to become an immortal vampire. The situation only escalates from there. His evilness (and magnificent bastardliness) sees a pretty big increase in Part 3, where Dio (now known as DIO) goes out of his way to fuck with the main protagonists as much as he can in his plight to destroy the Joestar lineage. Likewise, his alternate universe counterpart Diego Brando starts off as Johnny's rival before . DIO even dresses almost entirely in yellow to highlight the correlation, and him and Diego are masters of the stand The World, which is bright yellow all over. This trope is subverted for DIO's son, Giorno Giovanna, however.
** DIO happens to be an interesting case of this trope, in the sense that while he is generally a very despicable individual, he happens to care immensely for the people he loves and is described as a genuinely good romantic partner, subverting the usual romantic/sexual depravity of most villains in media.

*** Which is still playing the trope very much straight: once she turns good, she's suddenly been a brunette all along, just really, really meticulous in touching up her roots.
**** Which is weird considering that all of her clones are natural blondes

It's also implied by her dark roots and eyebrows that she's not actually a natural blond, which fits as the real Lucrezia dyed her hair.

* Rebecca De Mornay pulled a textbook example, in the 1990s classic TheHandThatRocksTheCradle, as an ice-cold, vengeful but seemingly sweet and inoffensive au pair out for the blood of the woman who got her obstetrician husband charged with sexually molesting his patients (by way of her family). Also doubles as a BitchInSheepsClothing.
