->''"The girl with the curls is the real vampire. I found that out when I was in the chorus. It was the blond cutie that did all the damage to the front row."''
-->-- '''Nita Naldi''' (dark-haired actress typecast as a villainess)

This is the female version of BlondGuysAreEvil. It sometimes overlaps with EvilIsSexy.

These are blondes from societies where the hair color occurs naturally. The characterization differs when the blond hair is a clue that the character is an evil foreigner.

Often [[{{Foil}} contrasted with]] a dark-haired heroine -- as the FemmeFatale or AlphaBitch compared to the GirlNextDoor, TheVamp rather than the DamselInDistress, the CityMouse rather than the CountryMouse.

She is not too likely to be the DumbBlonde, but can be, with her plotting being run more on animal cunning than cleverness, and many evil blondes have [[ObfuscatingStupidity exploited the Dumb Blonde stereotype]].

This hair color can be [[DelinquentHair dyed]] and often is. In the CityMouse, this is part of the luxuries of the city. For the FemmeFatale or TheVamp, it is a calculated part of her scheming. And it can, for any evil blonde, be a symbol of her deception or her lack of simplicity.

When blondes are natural, blondness does correlate with [[HairOfGoldHeartOfGold youth (and, presumably, innocence)]] and so is attractive. Women therefore dye their hair blond. But after a critical mass of blondes have dyed hair, it no longer correlates with youth. And it certainly doesn't correlate with innocence; the honest brunette who does not dye her hair, perhaps because she is not scheming to get a man, appears more innocent. Therefore, blond hair dye falls out of fashion and then blondes are once again mostly natural blondes and so the correlation reoccurs -- restarting the cycle.

[[folder:Anime & Manga]]
%%* Misa Amane from ''Manga/DeathNote'', also an example of a DumbBlonde... [[GeniusDitz Except]] [[MagnificentBitch when]] [[ObfuscatingStupidity she's]] [[AlternativeCharacterInterpretation not.]]
* Hagall, the first deputy of Hild in ''Manga/AhMyGoddess'', has platinum blond hair (making her the second blond character in the series and, arguably, the first evil one).
* Katejina Loos from ''[[Anime/MobileSuitVictoryGundam Victory Gundam]]'' is one of the most [[ItsAllAboutMe widely detested and immoral]] examples of this trope.
** ''The Plot To Assassinate Gihren'' gives us Cecelia Irene, SexySecretary, BattleButler, and [[TheDragon Dragon]] to EvilPrince (and UsefulNotes/AdolfHitler [[NoCelebritiesWereHarmed fan]]) Gihren Zabi.
* Ritsuko Akagi is probably about as close as ''Anime/NeonGenesisEvangelion'' can get to this trope, but she's more of a TragicVillain than anything else.
* ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure'' gives us the MagnificentBastard Dio Brando, who (as Speedwagon notes) has been evil his entire life, trying numerous tactics to try and steal Jonathan's spot on his father's will before killing the man to become an immortal vampire. The situation only escalates from there. His evilness (and magnificent bastardliness) sees a pretty big increase in Part 3, where Dio (now known as [[BoldInflation DIO]]) goes out of his way to fuck with the main protagonists as much as he can in his plight to destroy the Joestar lineage. Likewise, his alternate universe counterpart Diego Brando starts off as Johnny's rival before [[spoiler:forming an alliance with the arc's main antagonist, Funny Valentine]]. DIO even dresses almost entirely in yellow to highlight the correlation, and him and [[spoiler:alternate-universe]] Diego are masters of the stand The World, which is bright yellow all over. This trope is subverted for DIO's son, [[HairOfGoldHeartOfGold Giorno Giovanna]], however.
** DIO happens to be an interesting case of this trope, in the sense that while he is generally a very despicable individual, he happens to care immensely for the people he loves and is described as a genuinely good romantic partner, subverting the usual romantic/sexual depravity of most villains in media.
* ''Anime/MahouSenseiNegima'' has [[PsychoLesbian Tsukuyomi]], who is possibly the only character in the series who has no FreudianExcuse or AntiVillain tendencies.
** And the series ''plays'' with this and evil foreigner tropes with nearly every (non-[[DumbBlonde dumb]]) blonde character, probably starting with blonde Ayaka's first appearance in class as the other girls (jokingly) comment that she's clearly a AlphaBitch trying to curry favor in "the [[ButNotTooForeign half-breed]] way".
** [[OurVampiresAreDifferent Evangeline]] played it straight in her first appearance but [[DefeatMeansFriendship is quite helpful to Negi later]] so she averts it - [[{{Tsundere}} not that she'd admit it]].
* Lavinia Herbert from ''Anime/PrincessSarah''. [[ManipulativeBitch Manipulative]], [[UngratefulBastard ungrateful]], [[AlphaBitch prissy and snide]], [[RichBitch filthy rich, and unbelievably contemptuous]]...Everything in her screams '''BITCH'''!
* Although the exact level of "evil" [[GreyAndGrayMorality varies]], the Contractors in ''Anime/DarkerThanBlack'' are disproportionately blond. While most of those seen are [[BlondGuysAreEvil male]], there's also Brita and Amber, assuming the latter's hair isn't actually [[YouGottaHaveBlueHair light green]].
* Balalaika of ''Manga/BlackLagoon'' is a ruthless [[TheMafiya Mafiya]] leader who, while quite [[AffablyEvil affable]] and protective of her associates, has no real moral standards or mercy toward anyone else.
* [[Franchise/DragonBall Android 18]] before her HeelFaceTurn. Played straight with Launch's SuperpoweredEvilSide.
%%* Medusa from ''Manga/SoulEater''. Or at least originally (she started out blonde, she's consistently evil).
%%** Two blond(e)s on Shibusen's side, too, notable because one (Marie) is nice, while the other (Justin) falls further under the [[BlondGuysAreEvil other]] trope with every new appearance.
* [[MadeofEvil L-Sama]] from the animanga ''LightNovel/{{Slayers}}'', while in her human form. Her eyes aren't ever [[BlindingBangs shown]], but it's heavily implied that they [[CurtainsMatchtheWindow match]].
* Mai Valentine of ''Anime/YuGiOh'' falls into this trope during the Doma arc; she starts out a DefrostingIceQueen, but [[MindRape Marik]] manages to affect her mind so that she turns on the protagonists.
* ''Manga/AttackOnTitan'' both plays this straight ''and'' inverts this with dark-haired heroes Eren and Mikasa and their AntiVillain [[EvilCounterpart evil counterparts]] [[spoiler:Reiner and Annie]], but the third members of the {{Power Trio}}s, Armin (good) and [[spoiler:Bertolt]]("evil") are blond and brunet respectively. It's also inverted with [[HairContrastDuo Krista and Ymir]], with Krista being a [[HairOfGoldHeartOfGold good-hearted blonde]] and Ymir being an AmbiguouslyEvil cynic.
* Diana of ''Anime/LittleWitchAcademia'' has blonde hair to contrast heroine Akko's brown hair, [[spoiler:though she makes up for her mistakes and saves Akko from falling to her death.]]
* ''Anime/VariableGeo'': Miranda Jahana's evil knows no bounds - ''[[TheDisembodied including death.]]'' The crux of the OVA's plot is about the "Black Goddess" project. Basically, she intends to use [[NotJustATournament the tournament]] to determine which of [[AlmightyJanitor the waitresses]] is the strongest, then superimpose her consciousness over theirs, in order to [[GrandTheftMe steal their body]] ''[[KiManipulation and their power.]]'' And the one she has her sights on is [[spoiler: [[TheHero Yuka's]] [[ChildhoodFriend best friend]], [[{{deuteragonist}} Satomi]]]].
* In ''Manga/FushigiYuugi'', the blonde-haired Yui, the Priestess of Seiryuu is contrasted to Miaka, the brunette Priestess of Suzaku. Yui uses her wishes against Miaka, out of anger, jealousy, and resentment.

[[folder:Comic Books]]
* A ''ComicBook/{{Flare}}'' story arc featured Marian Press, a plain-looking legal secretary who was transformed into a fair-haired PersonOfMassDestruction.
* Before her HeelFaceTurn, ComicBook/EmmaFrost was one of the ''ComicBook/XMen''[='=]s most dangerous and sophisticated enemies. Her supervillain past continues to be referenced to this day.
** She's still considered the TokenEvilTeammate by a number of her actual teammates, as well as much of the Super Community at large.
** Her backstory reveals both that Emma is a natural brunette and that her whole family is largely responsible for turning her evil.
*** Which is still playing the trope very much straight: once she turns good, she's [[RetCon suddenly been a brunette all along]], just really, ''really'' meticulous in touching up her roots. It's also rather weird, considering that [[FridgeLogic all of her clones are natural blondes.]]
* A disproportionate number of the female villains of ''ComicBook/HackSlash'' are blondes (Laura, Miss America, Acid Angel), although they also have an odd tendency to get it [[KillItWithFire permanently burned off]].
* Amora the Enchantress is a powerful and recurring enemy of ''ComicBook/TheAvengers''.
* In ''ComicBook/{{Empowered}}'', [[AlphaBitch Sistah Spooky's]] belief in this trope is the reason she keeps tormenting the heroine.
* The original Terra on the ''ComicBook/TeenTitans'' at first seems to be a spunky new member but then turns out to be a psychotic double agent working for Deathstroke the Terminator. She betrays the Titans and tries to kill them.
* Moonstone of the Masters of Evil, Thunderbolts, and the Dark Avengers in Marvel Comics.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Films -- Animated]]
* Helga from Disney's ''Disney/AtlantisTheLostEmpire''. Interestingly enough, [[Creator/CreeSummer the film's]] [[TheHighQueen heroine]] is a [[DarkSkinnedBlonde dark-skinned]] WhiteHairedPrettyGirl with blue eyes.
* The bullying Taffyta Muttonfudge in ''Disney/WreckItRalph''. [[spoiler:It's later revealed that her and everyone else's memories had been erased by Turbo/King Candy. We don't see enough of her real personality to know whether she's evil at heart or was a BlankSlate gone wrong.]]

[[folder:Films -- Live-Action]]
* ''Film/BasicInstinct'' has two evil blondes, Catherine and Roxy. Catherine is one of the most iconic blondes in cinema, [[spoiler:and proves to be much more evil than Roxy, manipulating her for her own purposes.]]
* Michelle Pfeiffer played a blond ComicBook/{{Catwoman}} (who straddles the line between villain and AntiHero frequently) in ''Film/BatmanReturns''.
** She also played Velma Von Tussle in the 2007 version of ''Theatre/{{Hairspray}}''. Velma also happened to be blond.
* This trope is likely the reason two adaptations of ''Literature/{{Carrie}}'' have given AlphaBitch Chris Hargensen an AdaptationDyeJob. The character was brunette in the book but has been played by blondes Nancy Allen and Emilie De Ravin. The actress playing her in the 2013 remake however dyed her hair brown for the role.
* [[EvilAlbino The White Witch]] from the film adaptation of ''Literature/TheChroniclesOfNarnia''. Notable because the illustrations had her as dark-haired and Lucy was blonde in the book[[note]]Georgie Henley's hair ''was'' lightened for the film though still appears brunette[[/note]].
%%* Adrienne Foster (Alicia Silverstone) in ''Film/TheCrush''
* Jude (Miranda Richardson) in ''Film/TheCryingGame'', though she changes her hair to a black bob halfway through the film.
* Angelique in ''Film/DarkShadows'' (though she starts the movie as a brunette - Creator/EvaGreen's natural color). Also true of the [[Series/DarkShadows source material]], though there she was less of a CardCarryingVillain.
* Alex Forrest (Glenn Close) in ''Film/FatalAttraction'', though she was arguably more ill than evil.
%%* Rebecca Romijn in ''Femme Fatale''
%%* Kelly from the bitch trio in ''The Final'', though she sort of gets better.
* Marisa Coulter from ''Film/TheGoldenCompass'' movie. In the book, she has black hair.
* Pussy Galore was this in ''Film/{{Goldfinger}}'', before her SexFaceTurn.
* Rebecca De Mornay pulled a textbook example, in the 1990s classic ''Film/TheHandThatRocksTheCradle'', as an ice-cold, vengeful but seemingly sweet and inoffensive au pair out for the blood of the woman who got her obstetrician husband charged with sexually molesting his patients (by way of her family). Also doubles as a BitchInSheepsClothing.
* ''Film/{{Heathers}}'' has two bad blondes (one of which is eventually subverted) and a bad brunette...and a heroine, who, while not actually ''[[UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist good]]'', is brunette.
* Sharpay from ''Film/HighSchoolMusical'' (well, at the start, anyway.)
* The Seeker in the [[FilmOfTheBook film version]] of ''Literature/TheHost'', [[AdaptationDyeJob who had black hair in the novel]].
%%* Miriam Blaylock in ''Film/TheHunger''
* Dr. Elsa Schneider in ''Film/IndianaJonesAndTheLastCrusade''. While not completely "evil", she does side with the Nazis to find the Holy Grail, and suffers a DisneyVillainDeath when she tries to keep said Grail for herself.
* In ''Film/LittleSweetheart'', there are five blondes. One's an idiot, one's neglectful, one's a bank robber cheating on his wife, one's his mistress and one is the psychotic, amoral nine year old girl who is blackmailing the previous two and is related to the other two.
%%* Alice Wakefield in ''Lost Highway''
* In the 1983 film ''Film/TheManWhoWasntThere'', Morgan Hart played Amanda Worth, alias "Mr. Tendyck", a blond WomanInBlack who became briefly invisible by drinking a green potion which she planned to monopolize. The film's other invisible blonde, Cindy Worth, was played by Lisa Langlois.
* Subverted in ''Film/TheMask''. Tina starts the movie dating the bad guy and helping his plans, but is not evil on her own.
* In ''Film/MeanGirls'', we have a good redhead [Cady] and a good brunette [Janis], a not-so-good brunette [Gretchen], a ''two'' not-so-good blondes [Regina and Karen]. Though in fairness, to call the rather sympathetic [[DumbBlonde Karen]] actually ''evil'' is much too strong. [[AlphaBitch Regina]], on the other hand, ''embodies'' this trope, [[spoiler: prior to her sort-of redemption, anyway.]]
%%* Rose (MarilynMonroe) in ''Niagara''
* Steff in ''Film/PrettyInPink'', who is also the epitome of a ManipulativeBastard. His girlfriend, Bennie, was also blonde and mean, but not quite as bad as him.
* Averted mostly in ''Film/SydneyWhite''. Rachel Witchburn is the only blond who is [[AlphaBitch rude and mean]] to eveyrone around her. The rest of the blond Kappa girls, especially Dinky, are friendly and quite nice.
%%* Suzanne Stone in ''Film/ToDieFor''.
* In ''Film/UndercoverBrother'', a blonde [White She Devil] tries to seduce the hero. The movie goes into some detail on the evil temptations of white straight-haired blonde girls (Black Man's Kryptonite).
* In the 1991 film ''Vice Academy 3'', Julia Parton [Dolly's cousin] played Malathion, a prison fugitive whose blond hair was turned green when she ran through a cloud of insecticide.
%%* Sharon Stone in ''Film/TotalRecall1990''.
* ''Film/AbrahamLincolnVampireHunter'' had the vampire BigBad's blonde sister Vadoma, a sadistic [[TheBaroness Baroness]] and DarkActionGirl who likes to kill little kids.
%% * ''Film/XMen''.
* Viper from ''Film/TheWolverine'' is blonde and a remorseless villainess.
%% ** Emma Frost from ''Film/XMenFirstClass''. Hell yeah.

[[folder:Literature]]
* There are a grand total of three blondes in the ''Literature/HIVESeries'', two of whom are evil and one of whom is Chaotic Neutral. Twins Constance and Verity serve as [[EvilCounterpart Evil Counterparts]] to [[MamaBear Raven]], complete with similar equipment and dress. Shelby, a known [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold thief with a heart of gold]] is never really on the side of good, more on the side of protecting the people she cares about. This makes her a perfect fit for a school for evil.
* ''Literature/ABrothersPrice''. [[spoiler:Keifer Porter's sister. But, due to her age, not [[BrotherSisterIncest their daughter]].]]
* Laurell K Hamilton's ''Literature/AnitaBlake'' series also takes countless potshots at blond women, apparently for no reason except that Anita is a brunette. Any blond woman is immediately dismissed as weak, shallow, and both slutty and sexually frigid.
** It didn't help that the author's ex-husband admitted that tall, thin blondes were his "type", and has since married a blonde.
*** Given how much effort she's spent portraying the character based on her ex-husband as being an utter bastard following their breakup, that's hardly coincidence.
* Josie Pye in the ''Literature/AnneOfGreenGables'' series. Not evil, but certainly vain and selfish.
* Queen Cersei Lannister, from ''Literature/ASongOfIceAndFire'' has single-handedly run the Seven Kingdoms into the ground with a little help from her [[BlondGuysAreEvil equally blond son, Joffrey]], who was conceived by incest with her [[BlondGuysAreEvil equally blond brother, Jamie.]]. Averted with Cersei's blond daughter [[HairOfGoldHeartOfGold Myrcella]], who is anything but evil. Daenerys Targaryen would probably be more accurately described as a {{Mystical White Hair}}ed girl.
* In ''Literature/DorkDiaries'', the character [=MacKenzie=] Hollister is often described as a blonde with IcyBlueEyes by Nikki Maxwell's diary.
* [[TheVamp Princess Arissa]] from Creator/DavidEddings' ''Literature/TheElenium''. This trope is averted with her niece, Queen Ehlana, however.
* Senna, the ManipulativeBastard witch from the book series ''Literature/{{Everworld}}''.
** The same author gave us [[PsychoForHire Taylor]], a recurring villain in ''Literature/{{Animorphs}}''. Calling her an AxCrazy [[SociopathicSoldier psycho]] is putting it lightly.
* In the Literature/FairytaleNovels by Regina Doman, evil blondes pop up a ''lot'' - during the first three installments, there's about one per book. One of them gets a HeelFaceTurn, though.
* A major villain from ''Literature/{{Fingerprints}}'' is a blonde. She's mentioned be dying her hair.
* In Mercedes Lackey's ''[[Literature/FirebirdLackey Firebird]]'', not all blondes are evil, as many of the Katschei's maidens, being mostly Russian and from the north, are blonde. However, [[spoiler:Tatiana]] qualifies.
* In the Philippine fairy tale "[[http://www.surlalunefairytales.com/diamondstoads/stories/mangita.html Mangita and Larina]]", the evil sister Larina is blonde, while her good sister Mangita is dark-haired.
* In the fairy tale "[[http://www.mythfolklore.net/andrewlang/369.htm The Little Soldier]]", the blond, green-eyed Princess Ludovine takes advantage of the protagonist John by repeatedly breaking promises she made to him.
* Inverted in ''Literature/TheHost'', where Wanda's [[spoiler:replacement body]] is extremely blond and so girly and precious that she TastesLikeDiabetes.
* OlderThanRadio: [[EldritchAbomination Life-in-Death]] from ''Literature/TheRimeOfTheAncientMariner'' (1797).
-->Her lips were red, her looks were free,
-->Her locks were yellow as gold;
-->Her skin was white as leprosy,
-->The Nightmare Life-in-Death was she,
-->Who thicks man's blood with cold.
* The Lady of the Green Kirtle, though not described at all in terms of hair color, is drawn as a blonde by Pauline Baynes in ''Literature/TheSilverChair''.
* Alva, the bratty 14-year-old from ''Literature/SistersNoWay''. Her older sister Aishling is an aversion.
* ''Literature/SongAtDawn'': Inverted. Instead of highlighting her evilness, [[spoiler:Alis']] blond hair is used to highlight how far she has fallen. However, she is still a bitch.
* Milady de Winter in ''Literature/TheThreeMusketeers''.
* In ''Literature/SongOfTheLioness'', the blonde Princess Josiane of the Copper Isles, Jon's mother's hopeful betrothal for her son, is conspiring with Duke Roger to take over the kingdom.
* Creator/StephenieMeyer apparently has some issues with blond women. In the whole ''Literature/{{Twilight}}'' series, there is not a single blonde woman who is neither evil nor nasty. The most sympathetic one is Rosalie, who is depicted as being pathetically jealous, shallow, and vindictive, and who was gang-raped because she was so hot. Blond men are characterized very much the same way, so it could be said that Meyer dislikes blondes in general.
** Tanya of the Denali clan is strawberry blonde, and Edward admits that she showed interest in him when they met, but apparently was not his type. He states outright that he prefers brunettes, as Meyer probably does.
* Marissa Meyer's ''Literature/LunarChronicles'' is a funny case. While the main villainess, Queen Levana, is said to have either red or brown hair (this might just be justified in that Levana is a shape-shifting witch), [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXrMAFGWyuE the book's trailer made her a blonde.]]
** The books proper avert this; most of the villains have black hair. The series' token blonde, Cress, is also TheHeart.
* ''Literature/HonorHarrington'' has Eloise Pritchart from the [[PeoplesRepublicOfTyranny People's Republic of Haven]], a platinum blonde who ''deliberately'' subverts this. She plays the role of cold, merciless, fanatical PoliticalOfficer to the hilt in order to get StateSec to trust her, but in reality, she is a [[MyCountryRightOrWrong true patriot]] [[SecretRelationship desperately in love]] with [[DatingCatwoman the admiral she's supposed to be reporting on]], and she lies through her teeth to the [[ReignOfTerror Committee of Public Safety]] in order to keep him safe and unsuspected. She goes on to become [[spoiler:the first president of the ''Republic'' of Haven truly elected in over two centuries]].
* ''Literature/TheReynardCycle'': Though the series maintains GreyAndGrayMorality, the majority of the [[ANaziByAnyOtherName genocidal Calvarians are blond]]. Isengrim, Hirsent, and Pinsard are, obviously, exceptions to this trope.
* ''Literature/{{MARZENA}}'' has at least 3, each coming with their own flavor of evil. We have Marian the Queen Pin, Silent Body Dissolving Sandra, and backstabbing tri-faced bitch Helena. Note that we don't know the hair color of Dr. Lauren (in whose case if she happened to be evil [[ManchurianAgent she wouldn't know it herself)]].
* All pure-blood vampyres and most half-bloods are blonde in ''Literature/RedMoonRising''. Not all vamps are evil, but the main antagonist of the book is Gunther Hoering and his crew of pure-blood [[FantasticRacism specist]] vamps.
* In ''Literature/FiftyShadesOfGrey'', Ana views virtually all blonde women as more beautiful, more sexually attractive, and more sexually assertive than herself. She is convinced throughout the series that she is one gorgeous blonde away from being dumped and replaced by a more attractive woman. As a result, she is terrified of [[FrenchMaid blonde servants]], [[ServiceSectorStereotypes blonde waitresses]], [[SexySecretary blonde office workers]], [[AmicableExes blonde exes]], [[GirlNextDoor blonde friends of Christian's sister]], [[HelloNurse blonde nurses]], and [[MalevolentArchitecture blonde architects]], and views them all as shallow, greedy, selfish, grasping slime [[ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend who will steal HER MAN away within seconds if she does not do something to prevent this]]. Signs of such covetous evil include being professionally polite, saying hello, and briefly looking at Christian.
* Glimmer from ''Literature/TheHungerGames''.
* Michelle Duarte in Serial 11 of ''Literature/SpectralShadows'' is this easily, using her charms and seductive talents to spin men to her will for the benefit of Blair Montogmery, her employer. She seems all too willing to go along with his plans as well. Inverted by Kacey Caddell and Sonny Rhoades; the latter even has yellow fur.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Live-Action TV]]
* There's an episode of ''Series/{{Charmed}}'' called "The Power of Three Blondes". It's about three criminal witches, named the Stillman Sisters, who are all blondes, and their characterization is largely built around their blondness. They are an EvilCounterpart to the Halliwell Sisters, who are all brunettes, though Paige was actually strawberry blonde at that point. Only one of the witches actually fit the trope as the other two were more {{Dumb Blonde}}s who happened to be evil.
** The Charmed Ones have to deal with more evil blonde witches in [[spoiler: Billie and Christy Jenkins]].
* Nicole Wallace from Series/LawAndOrder.
* Played with in ''Series/DesperateHousewives'': averted with Lynette Scavo and Julie Meyer but played straight with Edie Britt. A male example would be Edie's husband in Season 6, Dave Williams.
* ''Series/TeenWolf'' has Kate Argent and her father Gerald who are both psychopathic, manipulative killers.
* ''Series/WizardsOfWaverlyPlace'': (Not really played on the show) but with the blonde-turned-parrot from TheMovie, and subverted with Juliet (you expect a vampire to be evil, but she's not).
* Mandatory ''Series/BuffyTheVampireSlayer'' example: Glory, the Hellgod BigBad of Season 5. Buffy herself is an aversion.
%%** Also, Darla, as portrayed by Creator/JulieBenz.
** Darla aside, ''Buffy'' played this inverted at first when it came to the main characters. Buffy was the heroic blonde and Cordelia was the catty, shallow brunette. Both evolved over time.
* This is a rather common trope in {{Telenovela}}s, or Spanish-language {{Soap Opera}}s. It's a bit complicated to explain, [[RichBitch but it seems to come from the association of blonde hair with wealth]], bonus point if the hair is styled in a [[ImprobableHairstyle very elaborated hairdo]], and if the heroine of the show happens to be blonde, expect her to be a FallenPrincess of some kind.
** Patricia Fernández in ''Series/YoSoyBettyLaFea'', although her hair is actually dyed (in fact, her nickname among the employees of Ecomoda is "La Peliteñida", the Hairbleached), and her evilness is mostly ineffectual, which seems to be a LampshadeHanging of this trope. Subverted with Marcela Valencia, at first she looked like a typical Telenovela antagonist with fair hair (Reddish brown but much lighter than Betty's black) and styled in a Hair Saloon hairdo, but as the show progressed and her character was seen in a more sympathetic light, she dyed black and wore it in a simple PowerHair.
** Parodied along with every other trope of the genre in an episode of ''Series/MyNameIsEarl'' where Catalina writes a soap based on her life. The evil blonde is Joy.
* ''Series/BurnNotice'' has Carla, Michael's rather bloodthirsty handler. She's even described at one point as "tall, blonde, and evil." For comparison, Michael's exes are both brunettes.
* As of Season 2 in ''Series/{{Gotham}},'' [[spoiler:Barbara Kean has turned into this with her StartOfDarkness being shown in the final three episodes of Season 1]]
* Elle Bishop from ''Series/{{Heroes}}'' is one evil blonde...[[spoiler:but this is only because of the Company experimentation with her abilities at the hands of her own father, though she doesn't recall any of it.]]
* Sarah Corvus from ''Series/BionicWoman'', an obvious antipode to the short, immature brunet heroine.
* The seductive Six on ''Series/{{Battlestar Galactica|2003}}''. [[spoiler:[[HeelFaceTurn At least at first.]]]]
* ''Series/TheSentinel'' has Alex Barnes. Toward the end, she's more nuts than evil, but she did [[spoiler:kill Blair]], so she quailfies as evil in most fans' eyes.
* Every main blond character on ''Series/{{Glee}}'' is evil: Sue, the glee club's arch-enemy; Will's wife, Terri, who doubles as a DumbBlonde, and AlphaBitch Quinn. Even Brittany, who is such a [[TheDitz ditz]] that it's a miracle she can compose sentences, is an IneffectualSympatheticVillain as a spy for Sue.
** However, Quinn does a HeelFaceTurn after becoming pregnant and getting kicked out of the Cheerios. She realizes that they were much nicer and kinder to her than her previous friends and stays with them, even standing up for them against Sue.
** Similarly, Brittany is just ''too'' sweet-natured (and far too slow) to really count as evil.
* While maybe not evil in the typical sense, Lily in ''Series/{{Privileged}}'' is blonde, and is shown to steal, take drugs, and generally provide a messed-up counterpart to good girl Megan. On a smaller scale, there's Jordanna, one of the twins' school friends who, among other things, [[spoiler:spikes Sage's drink as revenge for the twins sabotaging her party by throwing their own on the same day]].
* ''Series/LegendOfTheSeeker'', particularly in the second season, contrasts blond, morally ambiguous villain/antihero Cara with pure, moralistic, dark-haired Kahlan. This is also at least a partial subversion, because it turns out that Cara is a tragic figure of [[BeingTorturedMakesYouEvil corrupted innocence]] while Kahlan becomes something of an [[KnightTemplar uptight bitch]].
** There's also Sister Nicci, who is blond [[spoiler:after coming BackFromTheDead]], and also contrasted with Kahlan in the episode "Bound". [[spoiler:This is also something of a subversion, as Nicci has a [[RapeAsBackstory similar]] DarkAndTroubledPast as Cara and eventually turns on the Keeper.]]
* Vera, the only blonde in the regular cast of ''Series/QueenOfSwords'', is a treacherous, manipulative, adulterous bitch who gets hot and bothered watching executions.
* Amber on ''Series/{{House}}'' was such a cut-throat bitch that the characters nicknamed her "Cut-throat Bitch". [[spoiler: Then she became Wilson's girlfriend and died.]]
* If a woman on ''Series/{{NCIS}}'' has short blond hair, especially if it's dyed, you can be pretty sure she's the killer. Several episodes have had women fitting that description as the killer (in one early episode, there were two of them).
* Nicole and Mary Cherry from ''Series/{{Popular}}'' fit this trope incredibly well, particularly Nicole. Brooke was a bit of a subversion, though.
* Morgause, played by Joan Allen in ''Series/TheMistsOfAvalon''. Along with dark-haired Anjelica Huston playing the good sister Viviane. It's a case of PlayingAgainstType for both.
** Morgause was again portrayed as a blonde and a villain by Creator/EmiliaFox on ''Series/{{Merlin}}''.
* The ''Series/{{Blade}}'' series featured a blond Australian woman as TheDragon for the BigBad.
* ''Series/PersonOfInterest'': Flashbacks reveal that Root is a natural blonde. She must have dyed her hair to look like a brunette. She eventually has a [[MachineWorship kind of]] HeelFaithTurn, though.
** The fourth season gives us Martine, operative of [[spoiler:Samaritan]] and Root's EvilCounterpart, since she, too, [[spoiler:is constantly in God Mode (i.e. being guided by her all-seeing AI master)]].
** Martine eventually dyes her hair brown, leading to this particularly hilarious bit of HypocriticalHumor:
-->'''Root:''' ''([[NoHoldsBarredBeatdown while attempting to choke Martine to death]])'' I liked you better as a blonde.
* In ''Series/GameOfThrones'', the discovery of [[spoiler:Cersei's incestuous relationship with Jaime]] is visually depicted by Eddard Stark going through the Baratheon family tree and realising that all Robert's family are dark-haired except for his children. The implications are that blonde hair in this case is the proof that someone else must have fathered Cersei's children - someone blond.
* Sally Pendrick from ''Series/MurdochMysteries''. She appears to be just a refreshingly modern woman with a shady husband. However, she's revealed to be the Big Bad of season 3. She's a criminal mastermind and was able to fool both her husband and detective Murdoch. Her husband, an Insufferable Genius with a brilliant mind was oblivious to her true nature. When asked why she does this, she says that she needs a challenge.
* ''Series/{{Elementary}}'' reveals that Sherlock's nemesis [[spoiler:Moriarty]] is not only blonde, but also [[spoiler: the real identity of his ex-lover Irene Adler. She was faking being Irene the entire time in order to study and break him, and succeeded.]]
* ''Series/CasesOfTheFirstDepartment'': The thief and murderess in episode "Hatred" is a peroxide blonde with IcyBlueEyes. She intoxitated her victims and then killed them, even though she could just steal from them. The team feel that they failed to explain her motive for murders other than she just pathologically hates all men. Her actress Anna Polivkova underwent a BeautyInversion -- she's an attractive woman, but she looked scary as Ms Fabianova.
* In ''Series/{{Supernatural}}'' many of the demons who have female vessels meet this description including Lily, the Acheri demon, and Meg and Ruby's first vessels.
* On ''Series/OrphanBlack'', both of the explicitly evil/disturbed clones, Helena and Rachel, have blonde hair. It is presumably dyed, since the natural hair color of the clones is dark brown.
* ''Series/{{Grimm}}'' has Adelinde Schade and her mother.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Music]]
* Lottie, the teenage serial killer of Nick Cave's song "The Curse of Millhaven": "My hair is yellow and I'm always a-combin'."
* Kelly Clarkson's love rival in the "Since You Been Gone" music video. Of course she's evil [[ProtagonistCentredMorality because she's with Clarkson's ex-boyfriend]]. The trope is inverted in Clarkson's next video, "Behind the Hazel Eyes", where Clarkson herself is a blonde and her love rival is a definitely evil brunette.
* Usually inverted in Music/TaylorSwift music videos. The bad girls are brunettes and the good girls are blondes. Especially noticeable in "You Belong with Me."
* A [[IncrediblyLamePun golden]] oldie: "She walked through the corn leading down to the river, her hair shone like gold in the hot morning sun. She took all the love that a poor boy could give her and left me to die like a fox on the run." Manfred Mann's Earth Band

[[folder:Professional Wrestling]]
* Overlapping with {{Japanese Delinquents}} and GarbageWrestler, Dump Matsumoto in Wrestling/{{A|llJapanWomensProWrestling}}JW, though by the time Zenjo had closed shop, she had been around to become a baby {{face}} by [[NominalHero default]] in promotions such as REINA. Wrestling/AjaKong was similar but ended up [[HeelFaceTurn turning face]] much more quickly.
* Somewhat common in WWC. The most obvious cases were Debbie Combs and Wrestling/LunaVachon. La Tigresa wasn't a natural blonde but sometimes died her hair this way, as did La Morena and Destiny of the [[ForeignWrestlingHeel La Revolucion Dominicana and Los Compadres]], respectively. La Bella Carmen and [[Wrestling/IvelisseVelez Sexy Juliette]] also betrayed the promotion, though there were a few exceptions, [[HeelFaceTurn such as when La Tigresa turned face]] or when Melissa Coates, who is usually an example elsewhere, showed up in 2010.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Theatre]]
* Madame Morrible, TheChessmaster in ''Theatre/{{Wicked}}'', can be a blonde, depending on the production.
* Amber Von Tussle from ''Theatre/{{Hairspray}}'', as well as her mother.

[[folder:Video Games]]
* Scarlet of ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII''. Her list of atrocities, at least in the main game, include:
** Issuing the order to burn down Barret's hometown, killing nearly everyone he knows and loves.
** Shooting an arm off Barret while he's trying to save his best friend from falling to his death.
** Causing said dropped friend to be driven insane by the burning of his hometown and become a murderous psychopath.
** Trying to publically execute Tifa in a gas chamber (and slapping her while she was tied down, just to add insult to injury).
** Attempting to kill the entire party with the [[strike:[[HumongousMecha Proud Clod]]]] [[BlindIdiotTranslation Proudclad]].
*** Elena, another blond female working for Shinra, is Scarlet's [[MinionWithAnFInEvil polar opposite in terms of evil.]]
* Jacqueline Natla, Amanda Evert, and Sophia Leigh in the ''Franchise/TombRaider'' series. [[spoiler:Amanda reforms later on, though.]]
* Subverted in ''FireEmblem: The Sacred Stones'', where Selena Fluorspar is a blonde, an enemy unit...and an incredibly sympathetic DarkMagicalGirl.
* ''[[VideoGame/AdvancedVariableGeo Advanced V.G.]]'': Miranda Jahana is the series' [[BigBad main antagonist]] and manipulates the waitresses from behind-the-scenes, by using [[NotJustATournament the tournament]] as a smokescreen to field test [[DesignerBabies her "babies".]]
* The ''Franchise/ResidentEvil'' series has Annette Birkin and Alexia Ashford, though the former isn't so much evil as she is obsessed with getting revenge on the people who wronged her husband.
** In ''VideoGame/ResidentEvil5'', [[spoiler:Jill Valentine, usually a brunette, has her hair turn blond during her BrainwashedAndCrazy period, it lost all the pigment because the virus was constantly being pumped into her bloodstream.]]
* In ''VideoGame/KingdomHearts'', the Organization has Larxene. Kicks Sora twice, bitch-slaps Namine, and is perhaps the most outwardly evil of the Organization, with only fellow sadist Xaldin (who has black hair) rivaling her in that area, though [[spoiler: normally stoic blue-haired Saix can outdo them both whenever he feels like it.]]
* Subverted with [[GoldfishPoopGang Leblanc]] in ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyX2''. She starts off as an antagonist to YRP by trying to steal their spheres at every turn, [[spoiler:but eventually pulls a HeelFaceTurn when she realizes her "lover", [[DeathSeeker Nooj]], is working to fight a greater threat, and befriends Yuna in her fight to aid him and save Spira once more.]]
%%* Jeanne from ''VideoGame/{{Bayonetta}}'', [[spoiler:at least when she was BrainwashedAndCrazy.]]

%%* [[VainSorceress Mar]][[BigBad joly]] from ''VideoGame/RhapsodyAMusicalAdventure''.
* [[LightIsNotGood Mildred]] [[AllYourPowersCombined Avalon]] from ''VideoGame/ArcanaHeart''.
* Blonde. Sweet Lolita dress motif. A drunkard. A serial killer with a baseball bat (and alcohol for lighting it up). Utterly insane. So numb to killing people that at least one of her opponents voices his disgust. That's [[VideoGame/NoMoreHeroes Bad Girl]] for you.
* ''Franchise/DeadSpace'' seems to have a thing for evil blondes (and ineffectual blondes, weak-willed blondes, mentally unstable blondes, and ineffectual, weak-willed, ''and'' mentally unstable blondes who then turn into Necromorphs).
* [[VideoGame/AssassinsCreedBrotherhood Lucrezia Borgia]] plays this straight [[spoiler: until Cesare breaks her heart and she reveals his location to Ezio]]. It's also implied by her dark roots and eyebrows that she's not actually a natural blond, which fits as the real Lucrezia [[OlderThanTheyThink dyed her hair]].
* [[spoiler:Meredith]] from ''VideoGame/DragonAgeII'' turns homicidally insane and paranoid in Act III [[spoiler:thanks to the influence of her new red lyrium sword.]] A [[spoiler:similarly corrupted Bartrand]] says that "she glittered like the sun, but her heart was like ice."
* [[VideoGame/GoldenSun Menardi]] may have had [[AntiVillain noble intentions after all]], but she still [[WellIntentionedExtremist murdered people]], including civilians and elderly scholars, to get them fulfilled, [[PoorCommunicationKills rather than explaining herself]].
* The ''Franchise/TalesSeries'', which ''loves'' evil blondes!
** Legretta in ''VideoGame/TalesOfTheAbyss'' is arguably TheDragon, and is therefore evil and makes no attempt to hide it.
** Zig-zagged in ''VideoGame/TalesOfDestiny2''. Elraine and Barbatos are the main antagonists, [[spoiler: but the person behind them, Fortuna, is blonde.]]
** You can argue [[spoiler:Muse]] in ''VideoGame/TalesOfXillia'' fits this...but if anything, her hair is more ''[[YouGottaHaveBlueHair Green]]'' than blonde...but it ''looks'' blonde.
** When [[spoiler:Shirley turns evil, she becomes this trope]].
* Olga from ''VideoGame/AsurasWrath'' is Platinum Blonde. [[spoiler: Bombing a village full of innocent normal humans definitely makes her evil.]]
* Oxanna Kristos, Slavik's second-in-command with Nod in ''VideoGame/CommandAndConquerTiberianSun''.
* Agavaen in ''{{Neverend}}'' starts the game as a RedHeadedHero, but if she does enough evil deeds, her hair changes to blonde, and eventually [[WhiteHairBlackHeart white]].
* The titular ''{{VideoGame/Serena}}'' has the first thing about her appearance that her husband remembers be her blonde hair, and the end of the game strongly implies [[spoiler:she killed her husband, hid his body in the armoire in their cabin, and burned the cabin down to hide the evidence]].

[[folder:VisualNovels]]
* In ''VisualNovel/HigurashiWhenTheyCry'', [[spoiler:Nurse Miyo Takano is revealed to be the BigBad and the one behind the chain of deaths.]]
* Beatrice from ''VisualNovel/UminekoWhenTheyCry''. [[spoiler:This turns out to be a subversion, since her being "evil" was an act.]]
* Both the BigBad and TheDarkChick from ''VisualNovel/HiiroNoKakera'' are blond.

[[folder:Webcomics]]
* Mistress Butterfly in ''Webcomic/{{Collar 6}}''. [[spoiler:Later subverted, since her true identity of Evita Kappel has black hair, so the blond hair was evidently a wig]].
* ''Webcomic/EerieCuties'': There's a reason Melissa was chosen for [[http://www.eeriecuties.com/strips-ec/(chapter_9)_big_girls_do_not_cry the page image]] of the AlphaBitch trope. All reasons why she served as [[AloofDarkhairedGirl Layla's]] primary {{antagonist}}, until Melissa and her Coven were given their own SpinOff, after being transferred to [[WebComic/MagickChicks Artemis Academy.]]
* In ''Webcomic/{{Noblesse}}'', [[spoiler:Franken]] becomes this when he unleashes his SuperpoweredEvilSide. In fact, he was definitely one in his past because of his MadScientist tendency. Yuri plays this far straighter, but in more AffablyEvil sense.
* Leona of ''Webcomic/RoninGalaxy'' somewhat subverts this trope. She's technically a good character, though she maintains position as the protagonoist's rival and her [[GoodIsNotNice methods of saving the day are a bit extreme.]]
* ''Webcomic/VampireCheerleaders'': Lori is the [[AlphaBitch "queen bee"]] of her vampire Coven and the captain of their school's cheerleading squad. After initiating Heather into their group, [[http://www.vampirecheerleaders.net/strips-vc/meet_the_parents_6 she instructs her to enthrall her parents]] (which Heather was planning to do anyway). And, in vol.2, Lori [[http://www.vampirecheerleaders.net/strips-vc/the_fate_of_leonard reduced Leonard to being their thrall]], [[KickTheDog even though he had agreed to keep their identities safe.]]
* In ''Webcomic/TheGlassScientists'', Hyde, personification of Henry's evil, has a blonde mop, in contrast to good Jekyll's dark hair.
* In ''Webcomic/{{Plume}}'', EvilPrince and kingslayer Aricon has pale blonde hair. So does his brother, but he's an [[GuardianEntity inversion]] of sorts.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Web Original]]
* ''WebComic/AGirlAndHerFed'' has Clarice, the psychopathic secret agent cyborg.
* [[MadScientist Dr. Tease]] and [[TheFashionista The Makeover Fairy]] from WebVideo/TheNostalgiaChick, both [[PsychopathicWomanchild Psychopathic Womenchildren]].
* In ''Roleplay/RollToDodgeSavral'', the Witch Cathy is the only confirmed blonde in the game. She is also a sadistic goddess who frequently tortures the players and unleashes demonic, trolling unicorns that cause widespread destruction to the setting and its inhabitants.
* ''Roleplay/SurvivalOfTheFittest'' has Lyn "Laeil" Burbank as the primary evil blond girl of V3.
** Before her was Mariavel Varella, a blonde and very much AxCrazy.
* [[AlphaBitch Aphrodite]] in the WebSerialNovel ''ThaliasMusings''. She falls under amoral, self-centered oblivion more often than outright malice, though.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Western Animation]]
* Interesting case on ''WesternAnimation/AmericanDad'' with the character Lindsey Coolidge, who fits this trope quite nicely and is often the AlphaBitch of the story, yet her best friend is the incredibly unattractive and unpopular girl Jewel.
* ''WesternAnimation/AmericanDragonJakeLong'': Rose (a.k.a. Huntsgirl), like everyone in the Huntsclan, is considered evil by the magical creatures. That is, before her HeelFaceTurn when she learned the boy she loved and the dragon she wanted to [[KnightTemplar slay]] were one and the same. Later, the "evil blonde" role fell to TheCheerleader [[AlphaBitch Stacey]].
* There is a deliberate subversion of this trope in ''WesternAnimation/AsToldByGinger'', as while one would assume that Courtney is a AlphaBitch, the episode "''Wicked Game''" showed that Courtney is probably the best friend Ginger ever had. There's also Hope Rodgers, who is a nice person too. Hope ''did'' briefly become a rather nasty AlphaBitch but she and Courtney eventually bonded and became friends. It's worth noting that in the opening, Courtney is depicted as an antagonist so presumably the trope would have been played straight - but CharacterisationMarchesOn.
** At the same time, the trope is technically played straight as one of Ginger's friends Dodie is blonde. Dodie is very much a DesignatedHero and in the above-mentioned "Wicked Game" actively tries to sabotage Ginger's relationship with Darren. There's also the blonde and AxCrazy Polly Schuester. Dodie's rotten mother Joanne is also blonde.
* ''WesternAnimation/BatmanTheAnimatedSeries'' had three: Comicbook/{{Catwoman}}, who mentioned at one point in a comic that she dyed her hair, Harley Quinn, who also denied being a real blonde, and Mary Louise "Baby Doll" Dahl.
** There's odd inconsistency with Catwoman — her hair colour changed between seasons, and this was explained with her stopping dyeing her hair with animal-tested products, but back in the episode ''Tyger, Tyger'', she was transformed into a HalfHumanHybrid, yet had fur the identical shade to her then-blonde hair.
* Claire in ''WesternAnimation/{{Beetlejuice}}''
* On ''WesternAnimation/CaptainPlanetAndThePlaneteers'', the MadScientist Dr. Barbara Blight (who is an [[InkSuitActor Ink Suit Rendition]] of her voice actress, MegRyan) almost offsets the good [[{{Tsundere}} Linka]].
* Darla Dimple, the [[EnfanteTerrible child star villainess]] of ''WesternAnimation/CatsDontDance''.
* AxCrazy muscle moll, Stefenie Demeanor, from ''WesternAnimation/{{COPS}}''.
* The Queen Hornet on ''WesternAnimation/DynomuttDogWonder''.
* May Kanker in ''WesternAnimation/EdEddNEddy''. Though it is worth noting she is usually portrayed as the most sympathetic of the three sisters.
* Joyce Kinney and [[AlphaBitch Connie]] from ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy''.
* Pacifica Northwest from ''WesternAnimation/GravityFalls'' before CharacterDevelopment. In ''Northwest Mansion Noir'', [[spoiler:it turns out she has been ForcedIntoEvil her entire life. Her parents set high expectations for her in order to protect their reputation.]]
* ''WesternAnimation/JimmyTwoShoes''
** Heloise, though [[HairColorDissonance it can be hard to tell]], since it's dirty blonde.
** Jez is [[RichBitch more so]].
* The Duke of Detroit in ''WesternAnimation/{{Motorcity}}'', although he's more of AmbiguouslyEvil.
* Suzy Johnson on ''WesternAnimation/PhineasAndFerb'', though this stands in contrast to her also-blond-but-''much''-nicer brother [[NiceGuy Jeremy]].
* Ashley Armbruster of ''WesternAnimation/{{Recess}}''. Though ironically for this trope, she is the one member of the Ashley clique that gets the most HiddenDepths moments.
* Taken to an oddly literal end in an episode of ''WesternAnimation/RegularShow'' with the Order of the Blondes.
* Angelica Pickles in ''WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}}''.
* Cerina of ''WesternAnimation/SkysurferStrikeForce''.
* In one episode of ''Challenge of the WesternAnimation/{{Superfriends}}'', Cheetah, a foe of Franchise/WonderWoman, revealed herself to be a blonde.
* Gilotina, a member of the Female Furies in ''WesternAnimation/SupermanBatmanApocalypse''.
* Mandy, the token EnfanteTerrible from ''WesternAnimation/TheGrimAdventuresOfBillyAndMandy''.
* Femme Fatale, Mary Ann Smith, and Julie Smith from ''WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls''.
* Inverted by Smurfette in ''WesternAnimation/TheSmurfs''. Originally an evil female smurf created by Gargamel, she started as a brunette, but was turned into a blonde when she became good.
* ''WesternAnimation/TotalDramaIsland'':
** Season 3 has an evil blonde who dyes: HotScoop Blaineley who is Bridgette's EvilCounterpart. The lyrics say "She's a nasty fake blonde schemer".
** Season 5 introduces two blonde villains: Amy and [[FatBitch Sugar]].
* ''WesternAnimation/KimPossible'' villain Adrena Lynn fits this trope. Tara on the cheerleader squad subverts it, as she's consistantly depicted as a nice person.

She is not too likely to be the DumbBlonde, but can be, with her plotting being run more on animal cunning than cleverness,
this page.

Blond Guys Are Evil
and many evil blondes Blondes Are Evil have [[ObfuscatingStupidity exploited the Dumb Blonde stereotype]].

And it certainly doesn't correlate with innocence; the honest brunette who does not dye her hair, perhaps
been disambiguated because she is not scheming to get a man, appears more innocent. Therefore, blond hair dye falls out of fashion and then blondes misuse. "Villains who are once again mostly natural blondes and so the correlation reoccurs -- restarting the cycle.

* Ritsuko Akagi is probably about as close as ''Anime/NeonGenesisEvangelion'' can get to this
trope, but she's more of a TragicVillain than anything else.
Administrivia/PeopleSitOnChairs. We do have:

* ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure'' gives us the MagnificentBastard Dio Brando, who (as Speedwagon notes) has been evil his entire life, trying numerous tactics to try and steal Jonathan's spot on his father's will before killing the man to become an immortal vampire. AlphaBitch: Self-proclaimed queen bees are often blonde.
* FaceOfAnAngelMindOfADemon:
DIO even dresses almost entirely in yellow to highlight the correlation, and him and [[spoiler:alternate-universe]] Diego are masters of the stand The World, villain's angelic appearance, which can include having blond hair, is bright yellow all over. This trope is subverted contrary to their wicked nature.
* DelinquentHair: Hair styles
for DIO's son, [[HairOfGoldHeartOfGold Giorno Giovanna]], however.
** DIO happens to be an interesting case of this trope, in the sense that while he is generally a very despicable individual, he happens to care immensely for the
outlaws or people he loves and is described as a genuinely good romantic partner, subverting the usual romantic/sexual depravity of most villains in media.
* ''Anime/MahouSenseiNegima'' has [[PsychoLesbian Tsukuyomi]],
who is possibly the only character in the series who has no FreudianExcuse or AntiVillain tendencies.
Basically, she intends to use [[NotJustATournament the tournament]] to determine

Velma also happened to
can be blond.
While not completely "evil", she does side with the

Please correct any wick
to keep said Grail for herself.
* In ''Film/LittleSweetheart'', there are five blondes. One's an idiot, one's neglectful, one's a bank robber cheating on his wife, one's his mistress and one is the psychotic, amoral nine year old girl who is blackmailing the previous two and is related
refer to the other two.

This
correct trope is averted with her niece, Queen Ehlana, however.
* OlderThanRadio: [[EldritchAbomination Life-in-Death]] from ''Literature/TheRimeOfTheAncientMariner'' (1797).
-->Her lips were red, her looks were free,
-->Her locks were yellow as gold;
-->Her skin was white as leprosy,
-->The Nightmare Life-in-Death was she,
-->Who thicks man's blood with cold.
** Tanya of the Denali clan is strawberry blonde, and Edward admits that she showed interest in him when
if they met, but apparently was not his type.
* Glimmer from ''Literature/TheHungerGames''.

Only one of the witches actually
fit the trope as the other two were more {{Dumb Blonde}}s who happened to be evil.
** The Charmed Ones have to deal with more evil blonde witches in [[spoiler: Billie and Christy Jenkins]].
* Nicole Wallace from Series/LawAndOrder.

* Oxanna Kristos, Slavik's second-in-command with Nod in ''VideoGame/CommandAndConquerTiberianSun''.

She's shallow, [[http://www.eeriecuties.com/strips-ec/art_scholarship_-_interlude_(guest_strip)_2_of_4 petty]], [[http://www.eeriecuties.com/strips-ec/reach_for_the_brass_ring manipulative]], has [[ItsAllAboutMe a strong sense of entitlement]], and is utterly obsessed with popularity.

* Claire in ''WesternAnimation/{{Beetlejuice}}''
* ''WesternAnimation/JimmyTwoShoes''
* Angelica Pickles in ''WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}}''.
* Cerina of ''WesternAnimation/SkysurferStrikeForce''.
* ''WesternAnimation/TotalDramaIsland'':
