* WebVideo/{{Hatchetfield}}: Consists of 3 full length musicals (Theatre/TheGuyWhoDidntLikeMusicals, Theatre/BlackFriday, and Theater/NerdyPrudesMustDie) With the release of ''WebVideo/NightmareTime'' it's safe to call the Hatchetfield series an anthology series -- the same stable of actors rotate through a changing cast of characters to tell a number of stories in the same setting that [[LooseCanon only loosely]] fit into one overarching continuity.

* ''Series/TheHauntingOfHillHouse'' was retroactively turned into the first installment of an anthology series. Just as Season 1 was a loose, modernized adaptation of Shirley Jackson's 1954 novel, Season 2 - entitled ''Series/TheHauntingOfBlyManor'' - takes elements from the works of Henry James (specifically the 1868 short story [[Literature/TheRomanceOfCertainOldClothes ''The Romance Of Certain Old Clothes'']] and the 1898 novella [[Literature/TheTurnOfTheScrew ''The Turn of the Screw'']]) and the bulk of the show takes place in 1987.

* ''Sword & Sorceress'' is a long-running series (''28 volumes'' as of 2014) of feminist SwordAndSorcery anthologies, originally edited by Creator/MarionZimmerBradley. After her death, the series was continued by first Diana L. Paxson, then Elisabeth Waters.

* In a technical sense, Literature/TheBible. It compiles stories written over several ''centuries''.

* ''Danger Theatre'': A Fox Anthology series from the summer of 1993: rotating 15 minute segemtns of "The Searcher" (a ''Series/TheRenegade'' parody) and "Hawaiian Punch" (a PoliceProcedural comedy starring Creator/AdamWest).

* ''VideoGame/ManOfMedan'': ''Creator/SupermassiveGames'', the game company behind ''VideoGame/UntilDawn'', is currently developing Man of Medan, which falls under the newly christened The Dark Pictures Anthology. The Man of Medan is yet another game falling under the horror genre, and will revolve around a group of young adults who are trapped on a ghost ship in the middle of the ocean. It is going to be the first in an anthology of horror games for the company, and is set to be released sometime in 2019.

* [[Film/TheMatrix The Animatrix]] is a series of animations that tell a number of background stories related to Film/TheMatrix series. The animations are done in various styles, some computer animated, some pencil drawn some of them even in experimental styles. A part of the stories are made by the Wachowski siblings and worked out by their respective artists, some of the stories are original, though they do all happen in the Matrix universe.

* ''Series/TheHauntingOfHillHouse'' has been approved of a second season and labelled an anthology series going forward. Just as Season 1 was a loose, modernized adaptation of its namesake 1954 novel, Season 2 - entitled ''The Haunting Of Bly Manor'', to be released on October 9th, 2020 - will serve as an adaptation of the 1898 novella [[Literature/TheTurnOfTheScrew ''The Turn of the Screw'']], and take place in 1980's-era England.

* ''Series/TheHauntingOfHillHouse'' has been approved of a second season, only this time it's going to focus on Bly Manor and officially labeled as an anthology series. Neither a release date nor any further details about this new setting has been given.
