\nA The third novel exists, to be published after book likewise takes more cues from the release film, with Toontown a central location and a lot of {{Shout Out}}s to events and gags from the second movie. film. In this story, Roger is co-starring with Gary Cooper in a movie called ''Hi, Toon!'', which takes place entirely in Toontown and features "Coop" as the only human actor. Eddie is hired as Coop's bodyguard as he scouts out various Toontown locations in order to get a feel for the place. But problems tower up, such as the death threats on Coop by a sinister hoodlum, the possible murder of amusement park owner Clabber Clown, and the crime lord Willy Prosciutto, a pig who through corruption and crime activities seems to have a hold on the entire Toontown. Plus, Eddie, deemed a "sourpuss" by Toon authorities has been required by law to followed around by an adorable Toon puppy.
