* In ''WesternAnimation/SouthParkPostCovidTheReturnOfCovid'', in the good future, Stan and Kyle welcome eachother with a hug, clearly very happy to see eachother, as Kyle's kids run up to him and call him "uncle Stan" while he calls them his Ragamuffins. If you squint, this can look like two life partners and their children welcoming eachother after a long time apart. What adds more fuel to the fire is that there isn't anyone that's explicitly shown to be Kyle's spouse and he's not wearing a wedding ring, which makes this part of the ending open to interpretation.

* Stan, Kyle, and Cartman's plotline in "Professor Chaos" has them select a replacement friend for Kennypancetta.in the style of ''Series/TheBachelor.'' This means taking their male friends to the amusement park, making the contestants put on a swimsuit competition, and handing out roses to the boys who make it to the next round. At one point, Jimmy brings them a gift basket with candy and games inside.

** In "Cartman Finds Love," Cartman tries to get the new girl Nichole to date Tolkien since they're both black, but Nichole has a crush on Kyle. How does Cartman deal with this? He tells Nichole that Kyle is ''his boyfriend''. To hammer this in, he crashes Nichole and Kyle's date at a basketball game to serenade Kyle with "I Swear," with a heart surrounding them on the Jumbotron. Even though his motivation is just to get Kyle out of Nichole's way, the fact this is the ''first idea'' Cartman has to fulfill that goal, and the sheer dedication he has to the plan, makes it look like Cartman's also ''jealous'' of Nichole.
