* In one Christmas story, Nemi is paid by a millionaire to buy a doll for his daughter. Nemi proceeds to go all around Oslo to get it, but can't find it anywhere. She eventually meets the designer, a poor toymaker who lives alone, and can't afford to visit his sister for Christmas. In the end, Nemi delivers the doll, and uses the money to buy presents for all her friends, and uses the rest to buy a train ticket for the old toymaker to visit his sister.
