* Valijean rescuing Fauchelevant from the cart he is pinned under, even knowing it will draw Javert's attention to him and could get him recognized is this and a CMOA in all versions. But in the book version it goes much further. Fauchelevant is a former business rival of Jean who he inadvertently drove out of business, and Valijean goes further by getting the man a new job now that his new livelihood has been lost due to the broken cart.
