On the way there, he saved a trapped truck driver when his truck was on fire, he flew a woman in labor to a hospital, saved an actor and his home from a mud slide, and saved a girl's cat from a tree. He finally made it to the party only to find out that it is almost over. He then helps an aspiring actress get a gig in ''Literature/TheColorPurple.'' After the party, he tells Rhodey that, despite missing most of the party, he is glad that helped all those people...but next time he'll take a cab.
