* Most of the time when a hip hop artist samples an older artist's work from a different genre, the most acknowledgement that the original artist gets is liner note credit. When BTNH sampled Music/PhilCollins' "Take Me Home" chorus and instrumental for their introspective song "Home", they decided to actually fly to where he was staying in Switzerland in order to feature him in the music video. Despite taking a hit when [=VH1=] treated it as a BigLippedAlligatorMoment, the song was popular enough in the United Kingdom and niche circles elsewhere that they decided to make Collins an honorary Bone Thug member under the name "Chrome Bone".

* The entire EnsembleDarkhorse backlash as well as occasional creative differences and departures involving Krayzie and Bizzy also has this as an aspect, particularly in how the two themselves handle it when it comes to answering questions in interviews and whatnot. They both will admit that things tend to go wrong business-wise sometimes but openly disavow the idea of personal animosity or jealousy towards one another every single time. In particular, after Krayzie's controversial departure videos in spring 2011, Bizzy was once asked if he thinks Krayzie and Wish are jealous of him. His response?
---> "That probably is perhaps the stupidest question that anybody could ever ask me. But, you know, I'm not gonna answer a stupid question wit' a stupid answer, and just really just say…man, hell nah! That's just dumber than a bag of nickels. It's just dumb, man. Fuck nah!"
* That same interview, Bizzy answered a couple of things that Flesh and Layzie were saying. One was the idea that he was working with them on an album called ''Majority Rules'', which he basically said he had no knowledge of and thinks they were just retorting feeling attacked by Krayzie's comments. The other was Flesh in general snapping against Krayzie and accusing him and Wish of having jealousy and hatred for Bizzy. His speculation? Flesh is snapping because he has no idea what's going on. Say what you will about how eccentric and erratic Biz gets at times, the man's sympathy and loyalty towards his brothers even in tough times is impressive.
