* If Wolverine and Sabretooth are brothers, why doesn't Sabretooth recognize his own flesh and blood in the first ''Film/XMen1'' film? Wolverine has an excuse, that because Stryker shot him with adamantium bullets, he got amnesia and forgot his life up to that point. However, Sabretooth wasn't shot but somehow doesn't show any signs of recognizing Wolverine when they meet again in Alberta's forests. In that film, the filmmakers could have replaced Sabretooth with a totally new character and nothing would be different...

* in the first fight sabertooth completely dominated against wolverine and then wolverine gets the adamantium in him and totally dominate sabertooth in their follow up fights. My question is what advantage does the adamantium give wolverine that he can now dominate sabertooth in a fight especially since it shows that sabertooth is stronger and faster?

** After killing the old couple, Zero radios Stryker and tells him that Logan killed them, so it was quite possibly done in order to give an 'excuse' for killing Logan; they could claim he was a murderous fugitive who was killed to protect the public or somesuch nonsense. If anyone came asking, they'd have the (incinerated) corpses of the old couple and possibly a recording of the radio message saying that Logan killed them.

** It's a weak move alright, but Logan's seen and (it's implied) done some seriously bad things over the years. The village being slaughtered by his teammates seemed to be the last straw, but it doesn't mean he's suddenly (as you said) the Wolverine we know and love (remember, he made no real attempt to stop them from slaughtering the village, he just refused to participate). He went after Victor because he killed Silver Fox, then went after Stryker because he was responsible for Victor's actions. With Silver Fox alive, and Stryker and Sabretooth no longer trying to kill him, he'd be picking a fight with a well equipped military facility, which includes a man who can go toe-to-toe with him, and presumably the government that backs up said facility afterwards, just to save/avenge people he either didn't like or never met; something only actual x-men do.

* I can't be the only one thrown by the fact that they took Deadpool, the "Merc With The Mouth", the Marvel character who's defining trait is an innate inability to be shut up (and having the HealingFactor to make any retribution for his mouthiness moot), and proceeded to sew his mouth shut for half his screen time? Isn't that like making a ''Franchise/StarTrek'' film where Captain Kirk has taken a vow of chastity?
** Like he's the only Marvel character Hollywood has screwed? ComicBook/{{Galactus}}, Doctor Doom, [[Franchise/SpiderMan Mary Jane]], [[Film/IronMan3 THE FREAKING MANDARIN!!!]]
** One ''could'' argue that this was just the first part of his origin and was meant to set the stage for a Deadpool movie where he becomes the classic Merc with a Mouth we all know and love. But then, that of course raises the question of where the hell this Deadpool movie is already.
** The mystery is solved: Fox Executive Tom Rothman ''hated'' Deadpool with a fiery vengeance, and only allowed him to appear in the movie on the condition that his mouth was sewn shut. He also blocked the Deadpool solo movie from being made for years. For more information, see ''Film/{{Deadpool}}''.

*** Since his powers weren't initially based on him being fat, one possibility is that all the weight he gained stretched his skin and dulled his invulnerability to the point that he could be pierced by something sharp. ''WonderWoman'' has a similar weakness where anything sharp enough can hurt her skin.

*** No it wouldn't remember Adamantium is completely indestructible, they cannot harm each other, same reason why a diamond can't scratch another diamond, so their wouldn't be any scratches or mark on it on it. Also the bullet doesn't impeded itself into wolverine's flesh but BOUNCE OFF his skull. But the force of having a industructible bullet hitting his skull was enough to liquify his brain so when his brain heals itself, all the neural/synapse connection that hold his memory got reset.

** Because Logan isn't you, he's not the thoughtful sentimental kind. He's the impulsive, violent, get vengeance and then cry about it later on kind. Logan in all the movies has prioritised his anger over anything else.

* How the HELL does Jimmy stay such a decent human being when he spent ''a hundred years'' with a brother as rotten as Victor?
** And for that matter, spending a century with somebody ought to let you know him well enough to realize that he would have abandonment issues from losing the only person that would understand him (literally) forever.
** Actually its a case of FridgeBrilliance remember that James and Victor were basically children who runaway when they were children and probably lived in isolation in the wild for most of their lives. When they came back to civilization they need food and money, however because they didn't have any form of education what job was left for them? Being a soldier! As fighting and killing is literally what they only know how to do at that time, James and Victor were probably involve in every war for money, hence why James probably didn't notice Victor's bloodlust since they were on the battlefield where having the urge to kill people is pretty normal. It's only when they get OUT of the battlefield and into civilian life(such as during Veitnam where they were going into a village. That James starts to notice that Victor is a BloodKnight. As for James still being a human being, that can be chalk up as just part of his personality(Nature vs. Nurture).

* Why would Professor X telepathically guide Scott Summers, rather than any of the other mutants who could actually see where they were going? Emma Frost would have been a much better choice, considering that she was already leading the group. Other than the fact that Summers later becomes a member of the X-men (which none of the characters could know), there is no reason for Xavier to expect him to lead.

* Here's one that's always bugged me: Kayla tells Logan the story of Kuekuatsheu, a creature who was tricked by a trickster into being separated from his true love, the Moon. So now Kuekuatsheu howls at the moon in anguish. There are two things wrong with this. Firstly, the myth gets facts about First Nation mythology wrong. Secondly, and most importantly, Kayla tells Wolverine that Kuekuatsheu in English translates out to... the wolverine. I know this is meant to give Logan his name but the filmmakers got one teensy fact wrong... WOLVERINE'S DON'T HOWL AT THE MOON, YOU IDIOTS! Wolves do. Are the creators of this movie so stupid that they don't know the difference between a wolf and a wolverine? Don't show these guys a stag any time soon. They might mistake it for a friggin' moose.
