However, around Halloween, it bursts out of his eyesocket and becomes a monster that the team has to kill, similar to MONOCULUS!. This has happened eight times thus far, and the Medic theorizes that the eyesocket itself is haunted. Medic has given Demoman LaserGuidedAmnesia (by way of scooping out the relevant parts of his brain) every time it happened so that he'd stop asking about it.]]
