** Megabyte needs to touch something directly to infect it so yes, infecting all those binomes the normal way would take a lot of time and effort while having their [=PIDs=] would let him control them however he wanted and likely infect them all at once.

** Sounds like a good idea for a new series. A... WesternAnimation/ReBoot reboot? ([[IncrediblyLamePun Sorry.]])

** I'm not sure Daemon ever did infect Ray. I feel safe saying that Turbo did genuinely believe that Daemon had captured Ray, but she may have lied to him about that. We do know that at this point, Ray was in the web. Why, I don't know, but he may have missed Daemon's infection altogether.

* "Talent Night." Enzo goes from being 01 to 11, or two. Cool. So, is he turning two minutes old? Two hours? Two days?

* In "Identity Crisis," the entire plot revolves around the [=PIDs=] of the people living in a Megabyte controlled sector and them giving them to Dot to take to the Principal Office. These people, are they stuck there? I assume they are forced to work there by Megabyte. The question then becomes, why hasn't he infected these people, the way he infected the other binomes that turn that dark blue colour and gain a green icon? Would that require a lot more work? If Megabyte had access to their [=PIDs=], would he then be able to infect them all at once, or is a different form of control at play here?

* How was Phong able to enter the game cube in Identity Crisis Part 2? Previous eps established one a game cube lands, it's impossible to get inside.

** In a couple of games like "A Dungeon Deep" and "Treasure Of Atlantis", the Mainframers reboot as characters who are in direct competition with the User to reach some kind of goal. In those games, the game sprites are probably programmed to attack the Mainframers because they're almost like User characters themselves. In other games like "Malicious Corpses" or "Formula One", the Mainframers reboot as full-on antagonists to the User or as [=NPC=]s who don't threaten the User, so the game sprites would technically be their allies.

** It's an unforeseen consequence of the Games, no User is aware of. A nullified data person ''retains all the code'' they used to have, before being reduced to a mindless squealing slug. So if the User scans the system, the computer's telling him or her, "everything's fine", when in fact within cyberspace, its anything but.

*** Keep in mind that Hex's powers are stated on multiple occasions as 'transfinite', a term that for all intents and purposes, means she can channel *any* level of energy without risk of overload. It probably also means she can manipulate it in such a way as to not leave the system completely hosed once she jumped through the Stargate.

** Downloading the guardian code into someone's personal data shouldn't be done lightly. It comes with a lot of power, such as with key tools like Glitch, and responsibility, like going into Games. It's implied several times that a Guardian's code compels them to enter Games to try and protect the citizens of Mainframe. Giving everybody in Mainframe the Guardian code would probably compel ''all'' of them to go running into the Games. At best, it could get a lot of them deleted because they don't know how to handle their new programming, at worst it could cause chaos and potentially crash the system if so much of its population is killed. When Bob makes Enzo a Guardian cadet, he says that Enzo will go to the Supercomputer's academy for proper training after the Web crisis is over.

** Actually, a few Games like "Malicious Corpses" and the WesternAnimation/ToyStory themed race game start on the final level when they're loaded into Mainframe. The User may have loaded a save file when they played those Games.
