* Why would you sell slushies and ice cream on Terror Mountain? Surely there wouldn't be much of a demand in such a freezing climate?

** The cold treats are usually exported to warmer areas, like to the royalty in the Lost Desert. So most of the demand could be from tourism, and it's easy to keep the food cold at Terror Mountain until it's sold.

* Checking [[https://www.neomerch.com/tcgitem/?type=1&id=21 Darigan's first card]] and [[https://www.neomerch.com/tcgitem/?type=1&id=48 Darigan's Blight]], it appears that he wasn't planned to be the good guy in the whole Meridell war because he's got the black border of a villain on his first card and it says "If there is a source of all evil in Neopia, it isn't far from Darigan's heart" and the Blight card is self-explanatory. There's also no mention of the orb that King Skarl stole despite the [[https://www.neomerch.com/tcgitem/?type=2&id=4 Darigan, Redeemed]] card. I think plans involving Darigan must have changed somewhere along the way.

** Maybe it's a case of stagnated growth like is sometimes seen IRL? Like maybe all Neopets are born the same way, start out as the Baby form, and then some of them for whatever reason just never grow any bigger. As for their color, lots of real-life animal babies are born looking a certain way and then change as they grow older, so maybe it's the same as that? Like some fawns have spots but they lose them as they grow older, so maybe pets like the Lupe all start out the same color and then change fur color as they grow older.

* How do Baby pets come to be, exactly? I mean, are they born? Do they stay babies forever for the sake of the color? Do Neopets of other colors start with that default look (ex: all Baby Lupes have pale blue fur) and grow into their adult colors, or are they born with those colors and keep them through life?

** Hannah at the time she was weakened by the curse of Ta-Kutep and couldn't fight back anymore, which gave Kanrik a bit of a chance to explain. It is odd that he didn't know about the curse, since he let Hannah go first so he wouldn't be in danger. I suppose he could possibly have just gone with it at the time, realizing he dodged getting cursed thanks to Hannah. It's possible Hannah and Armin wouldn't have stuck with Kanrik so long had he not known about the Bringer. Hannah and Armin probably would have made him leave if the Bringer hadn't been a threat. Thanks to that though Kanrik had a chance to show Hannah he wanted to change and that he had been wrong to trust Masila and Galem and wrong to almost get Hannah killed. Also, after the battle he helped get Hannah to Taelia so the curse could be lifted. Maybe Hannah let bygones be bygones after all they'd gone through. And then Hannah and Kanrik [[http://www.neopets.com/water/plot_com.phtml?chapter=2 got married]].

** Hannah didn't want to forgive him, but at the time she was weakened by the curse of Ta-Kutep and couldn't fight him anymore, which gave Kanrik a bit of a chance to explain. Also, he wasn't really fighting back anyway. He was in despair at the time, having been betrayed. Though it is odd that he said he didn't know about the curse, since he let Hannah go first so he wouldn't be in danger. I suppose he might really not have known and possibly just went with it at the time, realizing he dodged getting cursed thanks to Hannah. Kanrik may only felt regret when he realized he was being used by Masila and Galem, the former of which he seems to have loved. It's possible Hannah wouldn't have stuck with Kanrik so long had Kanrik not had information about what was going to happen. Hannah and Armin probably would have made him leave if the Bringer hadn't been a threat. Thanks to that though Kanrik had a chance to show Hannah he wanted to change and that he had been mistaken. After the battle he helped get Hannah to Taelia so the curse could be lifted. And then Hannah and Kanrik [[http://www.neopets.com/water/plot_com.phtml?chapter=2 got married]].

* How can Kanrik's simple "I'm sorry, Hannah" redeem him from leaving her for dead in the Lost Desert? It seems to be a really cheap way to get forgiven for such an act.

*** And then the Grey Faeries have to wander alone through Neopia in their fallen state until they get a new name, like the story in the Neopedia about [[http://www.neopets.com/neopedia.phtml?neopedia_id=179 The Grey Faerie]] a Kyrii mountaineer who encountered an imprisoned Grey Faerie.

This is a Headscratchers page for Fridge Logic questions, not a Just Bugs Me page for general complaints.

* Is anyone else but me tired of the current Wraith War storyline? I'm sick of messages about "an enveloping purple haze" popping up on every page I got to...

Similarly here; general complaints about the website and having to spend money are not headscratchers.

* To this troper, the fact that you can only get the newer, really good items with "Neocash" is aggravating, especially to a casual gamer like herself, with no access to any of the gift cards needed. And still it's a big part of the site, now... *SIGH*
** Neocash is almost exclusively used to purchase wearables, while the only iffy items are fortune cookies which grant players bonuses on the site (extra lab zaps, a random daily faerie quest, shorter training time). Neocash is a part of the site, but it's hardly required to do what the site has always offered before Viacom purchased the company. TNT also seem to be trying to release more NP wearables for those who can't afford Neocash so as not to isolate the players who don't spend real life currency on the site.
*** Maybe, but the fact that certain events need Neocash-bought items are still an issue...
