* [[http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Webcomic/Narbonic Narbonic]] is a wonderful romp through a geeky world of mad scientists and Dungeon and Dragons players. The writing's smart (in both pacing and dialogue), the jokes are funny (and only dropped when the story ''really needs it''), the stories range from madcap to gripping to poignant. The characters walk the fine line between believable human and straight-up cartoons. It maintains a brisk pace despite the gag-a-day style. In short, it takes itself seriously, while never forgetting to have fun. It can be found, along with optional writer's commentary (which itself is wonderful) [[http://narbonic.com/comic/july-31-august-5-2000/ here]]. Have fun!

* ''Webcomic/{{Kaspall}}''. Not just beautifully drawn, not ''just'' filled with superb and subtle characterization, but the ''plot'' is ''astounding''. Comparable to [[OneOverZero 1/0]] for its fearless development of metafiction, but doing so in the framework of a ''supernatural suspense thriller''. Not to be missed.

** Seconded! It starts off random and veers into wacky for a good long time, but what the comic ends as is a surprisingly heartwarming piece with good characters and adorable expressions.

* ''Webcomic/CucumberQuest'', of course! It's an absolutely gorgeous comic with lovable characters and a nice take on the concept of Legendary Heroes and the villains they fight. It's very funny, too.

* As a huge VideoGame/MetalGearSolid fan, TheLastDaysOfFoxhound managed to make me look at the whole series in a different light. It's a superb comic, and like [[Webcomic/TheOrderOfTheStick Order of the Stick]], it does CerebusSyndrome right, still being awesomely funny a few strips away from a massive DownerEnding.

* How is ''Webcomic/TheMeek'' not up here yet? Even for those of us who have just started, the art is ''so incredibly beautiful'' - all the characters are fully realized, it's funny, scary, touching, and a real page-turner, if it was printed on paper. Only in the middle of chapter 2 and I'm as involved in the story as I am in ''Webcomic/GirlGenius'' or ''[[Webcomic/TheOrderOfTheStick Order of the Stick]]''.
** Plus, Der-Shing's witty commentary and [[http://fc05.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/144/f/f/y_hallo_by_alexds1.png warped]] [[http://fc01.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2010/153/5/0/bigass_3_38_silly_panel_by_alexds1.jpg sense]] [[https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=477620281855&set=a.59800571855.82755.59174811855&type=1&theater of]][[https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=477619576855&set=a.59800571855.82755.59174811855&type=1 humor]] make it that much sweeter.

* What do you get when you take ''{{Slayers}}'', add a dash of ''Franchise/{{Disgaea}}'', throw it in the oven with some FetishFuel, and marinade it in 90's anime and game influences? You get TL Welker's ''Webcomic/{{Heartcore}}'', this troper's favorite webcomic!

** Seconded, there is just one thing that´s quite annoying, the Christian AuthorTract, but the lampshade sorta fixes this.

** If you have to read a webcomic, you have to make it ''Webcomic/{{Paranatural}}''. A lot of people have described it as [[XMeetsY Earthbound meets Gravity Falls]], and they're not wrong. It's intriguing, well crafted, and downright hilarious to boot.

* ThePhoenixRequiem might be one of the better webcomics on the... er... web. Its characters are interesting and real, its art excellent, its story compelling. [[http://requiem.seraph-inn.com/ Check it out.]]

* ProblemSleuth was an absolutely amazing epic story mixed with wonderful random comedy, made even more random by the method in which the comic was made. Reading through the archives, it's hard to believe that it wasn't planned. The current [[Webcomic/MSPaintAdventures MS Paint Adventure]], Homestuck, is shaping up to be just as wonderful.

* ''Webcomic/StandStillStaySilent'' is beauty incarnate. Not only it's beautifully, beautifully drawn (probably the best art quality on the Internet, in my humble opinion), but the plot is fascinating, the characters are both funny and well-rounded, and the LightmareFuel fills every page with Awesome!
